Sound quality is alright and there is a high pitched sound in the background that is very annoying.

mono, would only play sound on right side of car.

It only worked for about a month. Even when it was working, it only transmitted in mono, which was OK because I was using Audiobooks. But then started making high-pitched noises and quit connecting /working

Wow! Have been using a standard cassette to aux input version from Monster brand and the difference in sound quality is beyond my expectations, this unit is, by FAR, leaps and bounds in front of our old product. The option to use either bluetooth or a microSD card makes this product even more functional and frees up the bluetooth on your device to be used for something else. The only suggestion for improvement would be a larger battery capacity to go longer between charges, and also convert the unit to USB C instead of the old microUSB connection it currently charges with.
