The instructions on loading the staples is not clear. Other staplers have you place the staples on the slide. This one has you load them into the slot upon which the slide closes. Arrow needs a) better loading instructions and b) make the wording bigger so you don't need a magnifying glass to read them. As far as durability, the old Arrow I had broke a spring which was impossible to reattach. If you buy this one look at the manual online before trying to load it. I wasted a lot of time.

Love it .... easy to use and does the trick on everything I have tried it on. I was worried it wouldn't be powerful enough but not the case it works incredibly.

This is a good light duty stapler. Anything harder than soft pine this may not work. It does not jam and is reliable just be prepared that it is light duty.

I really like this product. I got it because manual staplers are impossible for me to use because of arthritis in my hands. I decided to pay someone to do the job.

Arrow brand has always been the gold standard in staple guns, but this one doesn't make the cut. It claims to be able to handle full sticks, it cannot without jamming immediately. It claims to be versatile, it is not. It has no impact adjustment like pretty much any other power stapler. Not even a high/low setting. This results in shooting the staple so deep in the wood if you are with the grain you split it. And the brads just disappear! Staples just jam, jam, jam again and again so don't use more than one third of a stick, if that. Don't buy this, you won't like it.

This model was the best/strongest of the Arrow staplers. However it still would not reliably shoot a 1/2" staple flush into a wooden stretcher frame. Save yourself the headache and go Arrow's pneumatic stapler; it rocks!
