The current version of Rolflex does not have the detachable arm and you don't get the long strap.According to Rolflex, the decision was due to not enough people were using it separately and the arm falls out too easily at the widest adjustment notch.Depending on your flexibility you can still use it on your traps by treating the main arm + extension handle as a long strap. The included yellow roller is a good jack of all trades that's soft enough to act as a foam roller while also hard enough to focus on trigger point if you clamp down hard.I bought the orange contoured roller separately and it's MUCH better for precise trigger point work with less effort.I may buy the other rollers (green oval and yellow knobble) later, but right now I feel the yellow and orange contoured rollers covered all my need.Pros:- Probably the best device, along with the Armaid, on the market for tennis elbow, computer elbow in my case.- Sturdy and versatile, I have not seen a single report of it breaking.- Easy to change rollers, very little strength required unlike one of the reviews suggests.Cons:- It really need another 2 or 3 notches of adjustments for leg work.- The device adds leverage but not THAT much leverage, I don't really feel it can bring enough pressure (comfortably) to do flushing work for tight muscles.- The "T" handles are slightly awkward and kind of uncomfortable to hold due to the center arm being very wide with sharp sides.- Length adjustment for the extension handle is slow and based on trial and error, esp. with the nylon cords having a bit of a stretch to it.- A little pricey.

I like all about this product. The major thing is it helps me with my arms tension.

This really does release and relieve muscle and tendon issues! Quickly. The only issue is that it's made for large hands to hold the item together while rolling. If you have small hands (ie. Female hands), it is awkward. The extension included technically helps, but you can tell it's an afterthought that doesn't work well. If they designed it to accommodate more of the population, this would be a fantastic tool! I still recommend it, even if it's tough to clench it together.

I was very hesitant to purchase this expensive piece of equipment. But I have used it many times on the tendinitis in my forearm, and saved me physiotherapy fees.

If you're like me, you've likely noticed the extreme degradation of almost every company and employee on the planet as the newer generation of phone slave disconnected robots enter the workforce. Mistakes are no big deal, communication is terrible, accountability is zero. Everyone is a winner.... Yes I'm more so the glass half empty kind of guy so please pay the MOST attention to the following:I had an issue with the product I received BUT the issue was 100% my fault and my responsibility. So one of my dogs decided that a component from the product looked like a perfectly good chew toy and basically destroyed the small piece. Oh well, no big deal. I contacted Rolflex and informed them of the situation and asked if I could just purchase a replacement for the small part. I absolutely despise when people are dishonest for the sake of obtaining something for free because I firmly believe there is a chain effect to every action each one of us takes which has a greater weight than our short term thinking usually allows. This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND to the highest degree to accommodate me. I was literally so blown away that I ran over to my wife to tell her she had to see the follow up I had received regarding my inquiry. I mean I was shocked, this company was so selfless that they actually trumped any customer experience I'd ever had. Even including ones in the good old days. I can't remember if I've even ever left a review for anything I've ever bought on Amazon in all the years I have been a member but I felt absolutely obligated to leave Rolflex a review.Companies like this need to thrive. They need to be the norm, and they absolutely set a gold standard for others to follow. Why is this so important? because they will always try their best which is an absolute rarity today. So take that same consideration and apply it to a product....You get the point. As for the product I have used it several times with great results. I bought it mainly to relieve aching joints and muscle tissue that never seemed to release tension. I work on heavy off road construction equipment for a living and also weight train heavily outside of work. I am constantly being battered. I never used to notice much pain from these activities but now that I'm approaching 40, yaaaa definitely not superman anymore. I also find that is great for stretching certain muscles that are tough to reach through normal stretching routines. I don't think that the stretching is an advertised perk of the Rolflex but in my case it does help.It is a seemingly expensive product. But if you consider the research, design, and liability that comes along with creating a product like this, it's actually a pretty good deal. Rolflex is also a small business and I fully appreciate supporting them. I am excited to see what other products they will develop in the future. They are also clearly trying harder than most other companies out there to ensure they put out a good product and maintain strong customer loyalty. You just can't beat that and in most cases even find it these days.Lastly, my strongest suggestion would be to READ the instructions and WATCH the videos pertaining to ANY type of muscle or joint you are trying to alleviate. Yes, it's possible you can make things worse but Rolflex is providing all the resources you need to prevent doing so. I mainly added this last part in because I had read some reviews where people had complained that using the Rolflex made this or that worse.Hint: It wasn't the fault of the product. I have had no issues what so ever when using this product for it's intentions and in accordance with instructions.Thank you to infinity Rolfex for all of your top notch consideration!!! You've created a forever customer through a single transaction which is in my opinion a feat to brag about :)
