Second pc i set up using these and the p14 variant. Very happy with them. Both are running near enough silent under load. Best value to performance as far as i can see. Even compared to more expensive options they still seem to out perform them. Great product.

As a first time PC builder, when I was researching parts, I often saw these recommended. These come with a Y cable connector which allows you to daisy chain them, and as they use so little power, it makes them so attractive. Artic say a max of 5 can be daisy chained together. Regardless, it has been working well and keeping my pc cool. Very good value for 5 fans, would recommend!

Purchased these fans for a new PC build, three front intake and one rear exhaust. They run very quiet at this point, I have not ramped them up to full speed yet and will likely never have to do so in my case. Installation was easy, no screw issues as I used the screws from the case manufacturer. Nice to have the option to daisy chain them together with the PWM share plugs as there are never enough fan headers on most motherboards. Excellent air movement, solid build quality and awesome performance. What’s not to love about the these fans, would highly recommend.

This review is for a 5-Pack of Arctic P12 PWM fans. Price when purchased was $27.99I used all five of these fans on a new PC build. Two of them went in tandem on a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler. The others are used in various places in the case. These are pressure-optimized fans. Think of that as a lower gear. They don't move as much air as some others, but in a constricted environment, like a CPU case, they provide more air pressure. They are best used as case intake fans or with a CPU cooler. You may wish to use a flow-optimized fan for an exhaust fan.Using two of these fans in a push-pull configuration on a Hyper 212 Evo heat sink turns it into a $100 cooler (they are really good coolers for $35 normally). It absolutely handles a 9700K with no problem at all. I thought I'd try it, but was sure I'd have to upgrade the cooler. It's impossible to get the CPU over 75C without cranking in more voltage than I'm comfortable with. My highest stress test was all-core 5.2ghz and only then did temps approach 90C. Very impressive.Under normal operation the fans are silent. As I type the two fans on the CPU are only running at 700RPM, the others at 1000. Again you really have to stress the CPU to even hear them at all. By that I mean run a program that intentionally pegs all cores at 100% constantly. I don't even hear the computer while gaming. When shopping around I found that you can actually pay $25 or more each for so called "quiet" fans. I don't think they can get much quieter than these that cost less than a quarter that.If your building a system you should consider using these for all your intake fans and CPU cooler fans if you need them. Perhaps a high CFM fan for the exhaust would be more appropriate.Cons: No flashy lights. (If you consider that a con, I don't)

I'm not going to pretend these are the best fans out there, but these are definitely the best fans I've personally used, and for the price, I honestly can't imagine any other fans doing better.I've been using the stock fans in my case and on my AIO watercooling block from the beginning in a Thermaltake case decked out for silence above all else. It certainly wasn't silent, but it was quiet enough that I didn't want to waste money buying something that might not potentially be quieter anyway. That is, until one of the motors in one of my fans started going out, making a constant high-pitched chirping sound that cut through all background noise despite not being all that loud.Anyway, after a bit of research (and not wanting to spend $30 on each individual fan to get the "best"), I found these, and I absolutely could not be happier. Now my computer is quieter than the fan in my router. The loudest thing in my case is now my AIO pump. I don't like to use superlatives like "silent", since no fan in motion IS, but I can no longer tell if my computer is even on from fan noise. This is as close to silent as I have ever experienced and could EVER possibly need.Pros:-PWM ramps up or down based on need-Unbelievably quiet (literally - I didn't believe they were spinning at first)-Fantastic price for a 5-pack-Each fan has a daisy-chain connection to add more PWM fans to each motherboard header (although the other fans just mimic the primary's speed)-Good static pressure (push/pull config keeps my AIO at least as cool as before and makes less noise at full power than the old ones did idling)Cons:-Max speed isn't too high, so you're trading a bit less noise for a bit less cooling - Minor, since my CPU never cracked 70 in a handbrake encode on years-old thermal paste. Still, with a bit more speed, these could be both quiet and powerhousesOverall:I am beyond pleased with this purchase, and cannot believe I waited this long to make the switch. I was even able to turn off my sound card's noise reduction while voice chatting with friends (they thought I got a better mic, haha). I'm still using one old 3-pin fan in my case since I needed 6, but I'm fine with that running at full blast since it cools the HDD cage.If you're still using stock fans, have a few PWM headers on your motherboard, and enjoy silence, it's definitely worth trying these fans out. For less than the price of a single top-end NH fan, a 5-pack of these things does an undeniably stellar job.
