OEM parts for my car are outrageously priced. These struts were about 3/4" too short, but they still do the job at a fraction of the price.

Used these to replace my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider Lusso's trunk struts. The original Mopar ones were super weak and had zero resistance and would fall with just a simple touch. I chose the 40lb 10in option and it is the perfect weight and size. I had to take off both of the original struts to install the new ones and although it just barely bounces the trunk when auto extending, it is not significant or damaging. It takes pressure to close the trunk and the cutoff is perfect to prevent slams now. Great struts, great looks, perfect pressure.

These are holding the windows up great. Very strong little guys. They were thinner than the ones I was removing but that appears to make no difference in function. These little guys are strong!

Although I just received the package with the struts and got them installed 2 days ago, they seem to be an outstanding product. Quality appears to be excellent, and they are perfect fit to replace my worn out struts on my UWS brand pickup truck tool box lid. Had I not made a knucklehead decision to remove a strut completely, including a difficult-to-reach back-off nut and lock washer location, installing the two cylinders would have taken only a few minutes. Instead, one of mine took a few minutes, while the other occupied nearly an hour to reposition the nut and lock washer up inside the small frame brace pictured. Anyway, do it the correct way by using a screwdriver to slide the retainer off the swivel ball, and the things can be replaced in a similar application quickly and easily. I am very satisfied and would recommend this product as a replacement to your worn cylinders.

Working on a project for a guy I needed struts for the cover. They work fine, but you have to keep in mind the lifting capacity for what you need
