It's hard to install. Not the fault of the struts. Since I only do it once a decade, I forgot how challenging it is to fit the screw in with one arm which pushing the lift gate as high as possible with another. Maybe it's better if I used a stepping stool.The struts itself is very good. Works as intended and nothing surprising.

Perfect replacement for 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee back glass. Holds glass solid with smooth operation. It does take some force to close the glass.

No issues , took off the old OEM that did not work and replaced all 4 back supports.Not sure why I waited so long and did not replace them sooner.I did strip one bolt a bit using my drill to install.Would recommend just using a screwdriver and the correct size bit to prevent striping the bold head.

These shocks were easy to install and they work great. Expect them to be stiff the first few times you try to close the hatch. No more banging my head! Thank you!

I replaced my original rear liftglass struts, off my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I installed these, which only takes 5/10 minutes. Those original struts have been blown out so long, I forgot how nice it was to be able to use this feature of my car again.Now when I open the liftglass, it raises up super fast, they definitely have good strong pressure. They appear to be quality material, very pleased, for a very well priced product.

I am always skeptical about buying parts online. However these we're for the most part easy to install and did the trick. Tailgate works perfect now. No longer does somebody have to hold the tailgate while we feel the back of the Jeep.

I installed these on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee rear window fit was good, what I didn’t like was that one end on the driver side strut would not stay on can be knocked off from its position with a small shoulder bump. Install was quick and easy works as it should.
