I just received the Winunite shock arm on my F-150. The product came in nice packaging with everything laid out and an instructional pamphlet. I scanned the QR code to watch the installation video. Installation was super easy, I had it on in about 15 minutes. The shock seems pretty durable and functions well. The speed of the drop after opening is perfect. Now to see how it lasts over time. I have high expectations for it.

Seriously? Ordered this yesterday based off of the great reviews, and it arrived today. I just got home at 11pm and decided to install this now since it looked so easy. It literally took me 7 minutes to complete with the provided tools! I am absolutely amazed how easy this was to do, for such a worthwhile upgrade! This should be a must do upgrade at this price point! It works amazingly well and works just like all the other review videos, so there was no sense in me uploading one as well.

Super easy install on my 2024 F-150. Came with everything required to install it, including the tools. This is my second tailgate assist bought off Amazon. The first one eas by Deezee or something like that. This one is far more superior and much smoother action.

It works well, install was easy and instructions were clear.The package came with four tools, all needed for the install which was a nice surprise. This was for a 2024 F150, ensure.you remove the bottle opener plate on side of the tailgate when installing. Happy with the product so far.

Nice kit has good instructions and all the tools needed to install it. Seems to fit nice and smoothly lowers tailgate, it's not any harder to close with it added.

Easy to install and comes with everything you need , including the tools to put it on. Less than ten minutes to do and works great. Hopefully it will last without any problems

Pretty quick and easy to install. My only gripe is the T50 star tooth driver provided in the kit. It just couldn't bite into the nut enough to break the bond of the nut with the truck's body. I put more force behind to try and get a really good, sold hold, but it kept slipping out of mesh. Not manufactured to tight enough specs. I soon realized that it was about to ruin the nut's teeth. So, I dug through my toolbox and found a T50 ratchet adapter that I just so happen to have from a separate project. This was the ticket. It was manufactured to much more precise specs. but it still required significant muscle to break the connection. That nut/retainer is on there tight, and for good reason. It probably has thread locker, too. But all-in-all, it's a nice feature, really cool and very affordable. Just know that you can buy a single drive bit or socket adapter at most auto parts stores. I don't usually write a review but I had to for this product. The packaging and tools inside were top notch. I installed it in 5 minutes. You get an extra connection plate which I needed. It works flawlessly. The piston seems high quality, let's hope it holds up but so far so good.

Super quick installation. Comes with all required tools. It is for a gentle release of the tailgate. Does NOT assist in lifting the tailgate. Works great and great price. Hopefully withstands the test of time!
