Once your pump and the siphon are dialed in this item works very well. I have no complaints at this point. I may order another one if I decide I need a deeper bed. It is a simple product that you can modify if needed (or make your own, but this one is crafted nicely). The package includes some helpful instructions along with photos and troubleshooting tips. Overall I’m satisfied

This product worked first time right out of the box. Not only did it come with clear instructions and pictures to make the step-up easy, but it also arrived quickly. I love that this product is made in the USA and supports a family business too. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing this product rather than trying to build it yourself, especially if the PVC prices at your local hardware store are too high (Home Depot). I can’t wait to upgrade my aquaponics because I know I can trust that I will get an amazing bell siphon from this business.

Had trouble. It would either make or break but not both. Checked instructions and had the right flow rates, container size, and substrate depth. Ended up going with a 3D printed one that worked perfect at once with no adjustments needed.

Worked perfect! Installation was super easy, would buy again! Saved so much time, didn’t have to figure out how to make a syphon, just plug in play. Well worth the initial cost, saved time and hassle!

Very pleased with the construction of the parts. Took me a minute to figure out my grow bed was too small for the size of water pump, but now that I have that corrected in my jumbo sized kitty litter pan with a 50/80gph fountain pump I can fill 2in of water into the pan in 2mins and the bell siphon drains back into the fish aquarium in 90secs. I am completely comfortable leaving this unattended, and it flows 24x7. Notice for anyone doing this indoors near your living area, the water flow noise of dumping then the vacuum gurgling, as the suction flow stops, can be very distracting while watching TV or trying to sleep. Otherwise I am very happy with this as my first attempt at recirculating water for plants.
