best shower if you don't have a whole house filter. skin, hair improved. I took off my shower attachment, screwed on the filter, then screwed on the shower head. Works very well. Change every 3-4 months.

We have terrible hard water in our county water works; so bad that if you shower, your skin takes a toll from all the chemicals (chlorine, flourides, etc). I have to really use a lot of lotion to compensate. The AquaBliss HD Revitalizing Shower Filter was suppose to remove those chemicals but didn't.

These shower head filters are just as described, are easy to install, and have improved the feel of the shower water. The filter lasted more than 6 months and it was easy to replace the inner filter when it was time.

I purchased the AquaBliss HD Revitalizing Shower Filter (SF400) along with the AquaSpa High-Pressure 6-setting Luxury Handheld Shower Head, and the results have been amazing!My skin has become incredibly smooth, my face feels refreshed, and those fine lines seem to be softening. I have well water. I believe that this is cleaner and healthier than city water, idk though, I'm not a chemist and I have not had my water tested.BUT! My first shower with this filter just melted me. It felt "soft". I couldn't believe I felt a difference with the first shower! Worth every cent.

I just received mine and am trying to open the housing first before installing, as others have said it is difficult. Will not open and I have tried gloves, wrench, etc. It is going back. For this price, there needs to be a better solution.

We have high water pressure, and this just couldn't handle it. After about a month, it was spraying water because the pressure pushed out an O-ring. I replaced it with another and that one popped as well so we just ignored the spraying. Then that one night, mid shower, it exploded and my bathroom had a 1/4 inch of water.It was nice to have. Wish it was made with sturdier material for the price.

Conclusion/Takeaway:This Aqua Bliss showerhead filter takes any nasty chlorinated city water, introduces some mystical vitamins/nutrients and thus converts it into holy shower water!- This product really does produce shower water that exceeds expectations, however it might leak a bit at the connection point (inside shower, so not a problematic leak).- Buy this and enjoy your holy water infused with magic vitamins & minerals shower!Details (for this interested):The results listed in the other positive reviews on this product are legit, the product does what the product description says it will. Prior to buying & installing this Aqua Bliss showerhead filter, everytime my wife showered she left behind more hair than at a barber's shop. How she could lose that much hair on a daily basis & still have a full head of hair shall remain one of nature's great mysteries. Fast forward to any given date after we began using this showerhead filter and there's no longer a volleyball-sized pile of hair on the floor after she showers.Anyways, this product produces shower water that makes your skin etc feel like it has been kissed by a unicorn. However, there's room for improvement in either the material that the outer housing is constructed from, or room for improvement in the threaded connection assembly. I've tried every trick in the plumber's book, but there's still water leaking from the the connection point (inside shower space) where this product threads onto shower elbow. Note: the aforementioned "plumber's book" is proverbial, besides plumbers don't read!;)Regardless, don't be deterred [from buying this product] by the potential for a bit of water leakage at the filter's connection point. I'm only mentioning it just in case Aqua Bliss's NPD, Engineering, or Quality team reads these posts - if that's you reading this: improve the design of the connector, or construct the connector out of brass vs plastic.

This shower filter does absolutely nothing that is claimed in the advertisement. I waited to see if there was any improvement in removing the harsh mineral content of the water and nothing whatsoever changed. I know this is a water issue because when visiting another country and using the shower there 2x per day. My skin and hair were 100% improved. Other reviewers often rate this filter based on functionality rather than effectiveness. Very disappointed.

This is a game changer for me. I have sensitive dry skin. Our water is hard and treated with a lot of chemicals and every spring it is flushed out with chlorine. I itch horribly for weeks to the point of bleeding. Eczema is horrible during this time. Our shower head also needed to be replaced due to all the heads being clogged, despite cleaning it. We lost over 1/2 of our heads so our water pressure was pretty much non existent. I bought this with the new shower head. After showering, I slept that night instead of itching. My hair (I have curly hair that lacks moisture) became softer over the next week or so and the itching and eczema disappeared. I could not believe this filter would help that much.Fast forward 1 month- time to change the 1st double filters. You change these monthly. I was shocked. They were almost black and gross. No wonder I was itchy and our faucets get corroded. Keep in mind this was also during the time we had hazardous air quality due to fires from Canada. We do not normally have this issue. Month 2, looked the same.The large filter is changed out every 6 months however, I think I am going to change mine every 4-5 months.The only negative is that it is hard to unscrew. I read this in previous reviews so I made sure to unscrew it several times prior to installing. Definitely do not over tighten. It is sort of a pain to change out the filters because it takes down my shower head, but I can do it myself. Best money I have spent. Highly recommend.

I don’t know how good the item actually is because it refuses to open. Customer support is excellent but the thing won’t open. Even Hercules won’t be able to open it. I’ve had other brands that do open and rThey have been good ones. I expect this one is better but I’ll never know. Sad
