Before purchasing and installing the MakeFit shower head, the grout on our bathtub tiles would turn reddish-brown due to the minerals in our water. After installing the shower head, we washed the grout, and it's been a few months now, and the grout has remained white!I encountered issues after installing a new filter for the shower head. I reached out to the company for assistance. Alice from MakeFit responded to me right away, and continued to work with me to resolve the problem. Although Alice ultimately offered to replace the shower head, we corrected the issue without needing a replacement.I highly recommend this company for their products. I'm pleased with both the showerhead and the support I received from Alice.

This filter is a life saver for heavily chlorinated city water like I have. There are a few of us here showering daily (sometimes twice) so the filter gets changed 30 days on the dot since it isn't very large and boy, can you FEEL the difference when it is. It is easy to change. Just unscrew the show head, pop the old one out and pop the new one in, easy peasy! If you are just one or two people taking short showers once a day you could probably stretch this filter for 45-60 days.

We are in Western North Carolina and until recently had a 'boil water' notice for all of our water out of the tap. We ordered two of these so we could take showers without contamination from coliforms and minerals.They seem to work well, but since there is such a long hose, some of the pressure and flow is lost. If you are looking for a clean shower, this is the ticket. If you are wanting a strong shower, this is not for you.We love it.

A much less messy version of the loose filter balls. All contained and clean.Note: You will need to pop the clear stopper out of the head for it to fit (or I did) but once done, works perfectly ๐
