How to connect with the refrigerator?

AQUA CREST 5-year external refrigerator water filters are compatible with refrigerators that do not have built-in filters. It can be conveniently placed in many places, such as behind the refrigerator and/or ice maker, under the sink or cupboard.

At the same time, it can be used as a pre-filter in front of the refrigerator water filter to reduce small particles, dust, sand, and chlorine gas, thereby prolonging the service life of the refrigerator water filter.

I ordered this filter to replace my expensive refrigerator water filter. Super easy installation. The description states 5 years life which is incredible for a filter. Only time will tell if this is true. Good value for the price.

The Product was easy to install and water tasted nice. However this product does not last 5 years.In my experience it needs to be changed after 8 months in a fridge setup where drinking bottles, coffee machine & kettles are constantly refilled.

This has quick connect fittings built in, but it also came with hardware to adapt to threaded connections. It includes threaded metal adapters that can go into the quick connects which I really like. Already a good price for the single, next time I'll buy a set.Watts makes a 20k gallon/5yr solid filter that might be better for a large family that uses more water, but this 5k/5yr filter is plenty for my ice usage and enough for about 2.8 gallons per day. Standard refrigerator filters are granulated carbon which have to be replaced more often.
