LED Battery Indicator

I have it running in my tank just in case my building loses power and I'm not home to set up the battery powered bubbler. It's a great peace of mind knowing your livestock is covered in an emergency. Low noise unless it's rubbing up against something and is just as powerful as any regular bubbler. It's easily disguised behind or under the tank and has a useful clip for placement. It's definitely a must have for someone with a serious aquarium.

We live i. A hurricane prone area and I bought this for my son to use in his fish tanks for back up air. We set it up during hurricane and when the power went off they ran perfectly. Would definitely recommend

Update: 5 weeks and 2 days into the use of this air pump and it is no longer pumping air, and of course the return window closed 8 days before the pump stopped working! I am changing my review to a one star due to the longevity of this pump. I no longer recommend this pump! I am hoping the seller will stand behind this product and replace it or refund me! Do not buy this air pump if you want it to last more than 5 weeks!This pump has worked flawlessly as an air supply for my minnow bucket. I have used it several times on my fishing outings and it has performed awesome! I've used it for up to 10 hrs at a time in the boat and on the dock on the continuous run mode and it has only used 2 of the 5 light bar charge indicators (so aprox 40% of its charge). Using that as a guide, it will last 25 hours and a full charge with the pump running on the continuous mode, and although I haven't used the intermittent mode, it should last at least double the hours.After my 10 hrs of fishing and once home, I leave the pump running for the remaining minnows and just plug it into the charger and its fully charged and ready to go the next morning.This pump has been running continuously, both on and off the charger since the day I received it and it has performed without flaw!The only issue I've had is with the little rubber charge port plug. You have to pick it out of the charge port with your finger nail and because of that, and its small size, the whole plug has come detached from the pump. I used the tip of a pen to re seat it and its been fine since. Just keep in mind to be careful when removing it to charge and it won't be a problem.If your thinking about getting this as a portable pump for your minnows, don't hesitate. You won't be sorry.Hope this helps when making your decision.

If you are a fish keeper, you know the fear: a power outage. Everything stops: the filter, the waver maker, the air bubbles. Keeping the air bubbles going during a power failure keeps the water oxygenated and moving. I tried everything. There's a unit that uses 2 D-cells but it is noisier than a jet engine. Then I tried micro-pumps plugged into a battery pack and that worked pretty well but didn't give me the oomph I needed/wanted. And it was a little messy because I was kludging a few parts together. This unit is the bomb (do they still say that?) The lithium battery is constantly being charged and the pump is powerful and quiet. Whisper quiet. I run 2 medium sized sponge filters on the single unit. So happy.

I use the KULIFE rechargeable pumps and they have been great. I ran out of power bricks so I thought I'd buy this more expensive one that comes with one with a bit more power. Unit arrived dead. After being plugged for more than 12 hours (overnight), the unit won't turn on. LEDs and the button are not working and the unit just vibrates intermittently. I attached pictures of this Unit as received. Not sure if it is used or not but scratch marks just above the INT label and some kind of sandy particles on it. Also noticed "KD" stamped on the metal clip. Looks like someone manually stamped initials on it but I am not sure. Asked for a replacement unit and should be in tomorrow. Replacement unit does have stamp too. It’s working flawlessly now. Noise level is as expected and the battery is lasting as expected also.

I had a power outage the other day and when my plug in aerators stopped working I realized my fish were at risk of dying from a lack of oxygenation. Fortunuately, I was home during the outage and was able to use a battery operated aerator I use for fishing to save my fish. But I had to go find them, put batteries in, and get them connected to my air lines.Thats where this new aerator comes in handy. It works all day everyday while plugged in, and if the power goes out it automatically switches to battery power and keeps running! It's a genius system and it will definitely keep your fish protected. I highly recommend this! I can't speak on durability since I haven't had it very long. It does come with a 1 yr warranty.
