I needed a replacement for my early build 02 Explorer with 16” mag wheels and this upgraded part worked perfectly. It even came with E Brake shoes. I had to upgrade the toe link from the original 15mm to a 17mm stud Moog ES800562 with this part to complete the repair. After some research, I found that Moog is the only supplier of the toe link that isn’t as bulky and does not contact the 16” rim when the wheel is bolted on. The knuckle assembly fit and finish is good, delivery was quick and I’m happy with this product. Time will tell how durable it is.

This does NOT fit with my 2002 Explorer. The holes for the linkage are too big and you can't get the bottom bolt tight enough to keep it from wiggling.Edit: I have read that Explorers made post 3/4/02 have a different size stud for the toe linkage so this part should work fine on one made then. I will order new toe linkage and change review if that fixes the problem.After ordering the 17 mm toe linkage it fits and works perfectly so I have changed the 1 star rating to 5.

Rather than mess with just getting a bearing and having to get it pressed into a older rusty hub and messing with the older rusty parking break this saves you so much time and worth the little extra money and hassle in my book.
