This light design has been manufactured under a couple different names. I have about seven of these and have been using some of them for about 5 years now in some pretty demanding dive conditions, and not one failure. the triple o-ring seal is effective and will keep a good seal if you make sure to keep the o-rings clean and properly lubed with a light coat of silicone. So far they have performed just as well as the much more expensive name brand dive lights. The light is a good size for using as a backup and is of a sturdy build. I've seen some complaints about the switch being at the bottom of the light but that's the best spot to put the switch IMO. One drawback is the battery that comes with it; they're OK but from my experience the battery is the weak link so t's worth it, IMO, to buy a good Samsung or Panasonic protected rechargeable 3500 AHr battery and keep them maintained properly. All in all, its a solid light for the money.

I work in Law Enforcement and bought this for our underwater recovery in which 95% of the time is water that is very murky with very little to no visibility. This light worked very well and is very bright compared to some of the other lights I have used in the past. Price is not bad for a light like this one. I've only used it once in about 40 feet of water so I can't say how well it will hold up at deeper dives. Overall, it appears to be a very good light for the price.

Good quality, however, the position of the flashlight on and off button is very bad.

Pros: Good brightness level for dark areas (rock overhangs, caves) when scuba diving; spare O rings, charger and attachment fittings are provided; it seems pretty toughly built; comes in a robust carry-box which won't get crushed in the hold of a plane; less expensive than top name brands but still seems of reasonable quality; it worked on 4 dives so far for me; the rope and wrist-tie accessory allows the torch to just hang down (when you don't want to hold it) about 25cm from your wrist or BCD if you fix it to that, which I thought was an ideal distance when horizontally buoyant.Cons: There is also a wrist strap accessory which is I think supposed to allow the torch to be velcroed onto a wrist when not in use, but this wasn't very effective for me and didn't hold the torch properly - the rope and wrist-tie accessory is fine though so you can still easily stow the torch, let it hang, put it in a BCD pocket etc; I think it doesn't need 4 brightness settings as I only used the brightest setting to see into dark areas, and cycling through the 4 settings to turn it off each time is somewhat tedious - I think 2 brightness settings would be fine.

The APLOS S2 3000 Lumen Dive Light did not live up to my expectations. After losing my other dive light, I purchased the APLOS dive light a few days before leaving for a dive trip. The light functions well up to 90 feet and remained water tight. It is plenty bright enough to help you find your way, but did not have a very wide beam and lacked the ability to focus or diffuse the beam as needed. My last observation is that the flashlight turned on unintentionally several times during my second dive. The on/off button is rather pronounced and is easy to tap while fishing the flashlight out of your BCD pocket. Overall, it’s good quality construction and well waterproofed. Perhaps it is just not the right product for me.

Very disappointed in this light. It turns on randomly and sometimes won’t even turn on. Battery is short lived, a dive and a half. This dive light is ultimately unreliable.

UPDATE. Product was replaced but have been unable to use it since I’ve returned from dive trip already. Unknown quality at this point.PREVIOUS. This product was absolute garbage. Straight out of the box and the rear switch, the only switch, was non-functional. The box was missing component items such as the recharge cable and battery recharge device. Absolutely trash piece of equipment. You have been warned. Buy your own risk.

This is my review of the "APLOS S2 3000 Lumen 4 Lighting Modes Dive Light Rechargeable Flashlight, Comes with Diving Gloves, Wrist Strap"The rechargeable flashlight is sold in a nice hard plastic carrying case where the outside of the carrying case has two stickers on each side indicating what is inside the blue carrying case.I opened up the case and examined the items. There was a carry strap, a wrist strap, the battery charger, a USB-C cable for the battery charger, 3 circular rings, and an instructional booklet. The description and listing makes mention to it including a diving glove and inside my case, there was no diving glove. The flashlight seemed well made as were the rest of the included items. The flashlight itself is hard/metallic design. It does seem waterproof. My negatives is that there wasn't any diving gloves included that I could see inside the hard plastic case. Even though the included battery is rechargeable, I would have preferred that the flashlight charges directly as opposed to having to remove the battery from the flashlight, inserting the battery into the battery charger, connecting the battery charger to the USB-C cable and then plugging the USB-A part of the cable into a USB-A power bank, USB-A power adapter, or powered USB-A port. I have such a portable rechargeable flashlight (but it isn't waterproof). They could easily change the design where there is a charging port on the flashlight itself and a removable cap/seal/cover to keep water from entering into the flashlight or damaging the flashlight. The price of this flashlight is on the high side but for something waterproof which also includes a nice hard plastic carrying case, it might be worth the price for those people who need a waterproof flashlight for diving.
