Prevented blisters and helped heal the ones already present. TriSlide's kinda expensive, so after trying many others (including Body-Glide and Foot-Glide) finally broke out the reserve savings and ordered this stuff. Money well spent.Also tried Musher's wax on both mine and dog's feet. TriSlide worked way better on dog too.

This is so much better than the rub on sticks I used for years to keep from chafing while running. Spray it on areas where you might have problems with your shorts, or any type of workout clothing and kiss discomfort goodbye. It’s definitely pricey compared to the stick body glide, but it’s more effective and lasts longer.

First time use today in a mile open water competition swim. Used on arms, shoulders and neck the spray on usage made it easy to apply. Made getting the wetsuit on much easier and as a plus made adjusting the arms to give extra mobility easier. Once in the water I found that the horrible feeling of my arms fighting against the pull of the neoprene was noticeable absent making for a much enjoyable event. At the end of the race not only was the wetsuit easier to take off but am amazed to find there was not even the hint of chafing on my neck or anywhere else. Can’t say it made me faster but I enjoyed the swim so much more and am so pleased that I haven’t got to hide my neck away whilst waiting for the chafing to heal. Totally recommend and will be using every time from now on.

I love Trislide. I own a roll-on Sport Shield, I've gone through several solids of original formula Body Glide, and Triswim is my latest anti-chafe product. I love it. I use it all over my neck, calves, wrists and forearms to get my tri wetsuit on and off very fast and without struggle. I now favor it over Sport Shield and Body Glide for my feet. I used Body Glide for years, applying and rubbing it with my fingers to keep my toes from rubbing each other, under the balls of my feet and at the top of my foot. Later I used Sport Shield, which is nice because it spreads itself with the roller ball. I didn't want to risk a white gunky buildup on the inside of my tri suit because I hand wash it, unlike my socks that go into the washer. Trislide is more expensive for the amount of product I get but it's just so fast, weightless and washes out like it never existed that it's now my favorite. I'll continue to use my BG and SS until they're gone but Trislide is now king as far as I'm concerned. I don't get wetsuit hickeys or chafing, there's no greasy buildup anywhere on my socks or suit, and I can even spray some extra into my neckline just by lifting the suit away from my skin and touching up some more. No unzipping required. That's my favorite part about it. Fragrance-free. Be forewarned this aerosol can is small: not big hairspray sized; more like travel size, roughly 6" x 2" from bottom to cap top (not spray head top).
