Let's make dinosaur icing cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 egg；200g low-gluten flour
100g butter；60g powdered sugar
0.5g Salt ；A little vanilla extract
6g Protein powder ；13g warm water
90g icing sugar；A little food coloring
1. Soften the butter until it forms a small hole by pressing it lightly
2. Add the powdered sugar and salt to the softened butter
3. Use a hand mixer to beat the butter into the butter until the butter turns white, about twice the original spread.
4. Add a small amount of egg liquid to the butter several times in batches, then use a hand mixer to beat until smooth.
5. Add the vanilla extract and whisk until smooth
6. Use a flour sieve to sift the low gluten flour into the beaten butter
7. Then mix well with a spatula
8. Knead the dough evenly into the Freshness Bag, then flatten it with a stick and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
9. After 30 minutes, take out the dough, roll it out a little, take out the knife to cut into dinosaur-shaped cubes, and then print the shape of the cookie on the dough
10. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, upper and lower heat, medium level, cooking time 20-23 minutes
11. After baking, place the biscuits on the drying rack and allow to cool
12. Draw the icing with an edible pencil
13. Put the protein powder in a clean bowl, add hot water and mix well with a spatula
14. Then add the icing sugar and mix evenly with a hand mixer
15. Take adequate amount of whipped icing, add adequate amount of lukewarm water, add little by little, until whipped icing has settled into a slightly dripping state.
16. Then put the icing sugar in the bag and fill the part that needs white icing
17. Follow steps 15-16 to adjust the blue, pink, yellow and purple icing and fill in all colors

Wow!!! This is a very cute chef set and a great value for the price. Fit a 4 year old with room to grow.Note, the strap and some accents appear red in the photo but are actually bright pink. Might be an issue if buying for a boy who’s sensitive about pink. Wasn’t a problem for us.
