There is no support. The material does not stretch. It is made very cheaply.

Due to the fact that the straps could be adjusted, the brace gave me the impression that it was a bespoke fit each time I put it on. The option to adjust the tightness of the straps to accommodate my level of comfort was a game-changer for me since I have a slightly narrow ankle. I get the impression that the tight fit made a significant difference in stabilizing my ankle and lessening the discomfort that I experienced as I walked about during the day. Additionally, the material has a long-lasting feel to it and does not seem to be going to wear out any time soon, even with regular usage.

I got this Ankle Brace for my little sister, who’s been dealing with some ankle pain from past few soccer games, and it has been helping a lot for her! The adjustable design makes it easy to get the perfect fit, and it provides great support for her sprained ankle.The brace really helps with the soreness from her tendonitis and Achilles tendon, and she’s been able to walk and move around more comfortably. It’s lightweight, breathable, and doesn’t restrict her too much, which is exactly what she needs. She’s been wearing it during practices and games, and it’s been a game-changer in helping her recover and stay active. So glad I got this for her!

This is no way did it fit in my shoes. It was supportive and effective but I had to wear slides or buy shoes too big. I won't buy it again. Might be better for someone else.

I wear a size 10 men's shoe. Like others of this type, the straps are just too short or tight to get a good comfortable fit. This one in particular has a shorter and a longer cross-over strap; the short one is ridiculous it barely gets across to my inside ankle. The only plus, and why I gave it a second star, is that it has a thin inside material that others of this style do not.EDIT: Excellent customer service! - Seller reached out regarding my issue with the product and provided a refund. Outstanding response!

Nice that the strap is separate and you can use the neoprene portion just for light support and compression.
