I can't say enough good about this product. As you can see in the first two photos, my purple suede cowboy boots had been horribly faded by the sun before I purchased them (at a substantial discount). I thought it was worth an attempt to dye them, though I had no experience doing so. As shown in the thrid photo (with pink background as they are drying), it only took took one coat and they are gorgeous! I simply taped off the base with painter's tape and went at it. The result is lovely, and I will get a lot of wear out of these renewed, repurposed great boots! Thank you, Angelus!!!

I have been pleasantly surprised at the final color after drying. I died my suede loafers a while ago and the color has stayed fast. Easy to apply (comes with soft brush); spreads readily and seeps in. Let the suede dry for a day - the color will not be same as when the dye is wet. Just be patient for it to dry.

I wanted the purple CAT boots but they're discontinued and what's left, isn't my size. So I ordered the lilac Angelus leather dye and they turned out great! Some issues due to user error as I've never dyed leather before and I didn't have any painters tape to tape off my boots. The color is beautiful. The purple boot on the right is raw without the matte finisher. The left boot has 2 coats of the matte-4 finish.I'll definitely try a different color when it's time for new work boots.

This is my favorite dye of all time. I put together cosplays and I can tell you that this dye, specifically the suede dye, is the absolute holy grail of dyes. This is the only dye that I have found that's actually true to color and comes out extremely vibrant and saturated. Rit dye doesn't even compare. With this stuff, you don't need to soak, mix with salt or hot water or whatever. You literally brush it on and that's it. I only wish that It came in a bigger size!

Using this currently to dye a pair of originally white nubuck boots. My intention was to turn these boots purple, but I was worried that purple may come out a lot darker so I chose "lilac," which I think ended up being the better choice. The boots came out a bit darker than what is shown in the picture. Included is an applicator that works quite well. Other than that there really isn't any detailed instructions as far as how to properly dye leather.As far as color, it's certainly on the darker end and not really lilac, but I was kind of expecting that.Will update once the waterproofing is applied and the boots start to get some wear.
