Worked exactly for what I wanted it for. It is messy so using it outside on a table that can be hosed off is maybe I good idea. It also creates a certain amount of dust even though you are using water. I wore a mask as well.Definitely a good cost and worth it.

This little grinder has been invaluable to my glass work. I use it a lot more than I thought I would and use it almost every day. I positively love the fact that it will auto feed the water. Do be sure you buy the correct grinder bits though in order for that to work. You have to buy the ones that have the threads on the bottom. I didn't know that at first and couldn't figure out why the water wasn't feeding upwards. I've had it 6 months now and it has worked flawlessly. Just remember to clean out the bottom every so often.

This is my first glass grinder table. I didn't want to pay as much for the larger sizes without knowing if I'd be keeping up with my new stained-glass hobby. I've had it for a month so far and use it about 3-4 times a week for about 2 hours each use. I'll say the water tray needs to be cleaned and changed frequently which is a bummer, but it is a VERY small table so you get what you get! I was worried about water not being able to reach the grinder bit well after seeing a few tables with sponges attached to the grinding area, but the helix bit's design pushes water up and it does the job quite alright! I've used just one bit so far and it's getting noticeably dull now. I'm able to push the bit lower and use the fresh grit at the top. I will say it's been a nightmare trying to find a helix bit smaller than 5/8". I've yet to find one and I'm not sure if I want to trial and error buying a different bit style to see if it'll manage on this table. I think the best I can do for occasional finer grinding is a rotary tool with a diamond bit and not even bother with the table. The protection plan seems worth it for this. If I knew I'd be using a grinding table this much I would've maybe sunk a little more money into a larger size that accepts a more standard bit with a larger water tray. Very nice though for more casual use.

After reviewing many different glass grinders on Amazon I finally settled on this one. I was excited to receive it in the mail and grind down the pieces of glass I had already cut.Unfortunately, I set up the device (I had taken classes before so I know how to use these devices). I got a good 30 seconds before the fuse blew. I then changed the fuse (the package comes with 2) and tried a different plug, this one blew within a few seconds. I immediately requested a return on Amazon. After doing a bit of research I realized it was likely a faulty device and decided to reach out to the company and see what they recommended before I decided to follow through on my return.Their responses were extremely timely (12-48 hours), they were understanding/apologetic for the faulty device and immediately offered me different options. I decided to settle with them sending me a replacement since I was within the 12 month warranty and I did so much research prior, I really did not want to do more research on another company/device. I had another grinder at my doorstep within a week of me contacting them. This device is working wonders! The first one was definitely just faulty from the beginning. The customer service was wonderful, and this replacement grinder is awesome.Thank you Anbull, you exceeded my expectations from a customer service prospective.

This works exactly as advertised. The dual grinding heads makes it easy to switch out if you need a tighter or larger diameter. Overall totally worth the investment if you're playing with glass cutting.

Purchased the grinder in September 2021. Works great, really easy to use. Made some great looking mosaic pieces with it using the included 1” bit. After a few weeks I wanted to raise the bit, because it was getting dull, but I could not remove it, as it was stuck onto the motor shaft. Finally, after using WD40 and a lot of tapping onto it, managed to remove it and noticed that the shaft was corroded where the bit was making contact with it. After resetting the bit, the grinder would not turn on anymore. Dismantling and checking everything it turned out that (using a magnifying glass to look) on the armature hair-thin winding coil wires had come loose, because the solder holding them on to the commuter bar had fallen off, probably because of the tapping. That shows some bad workmanship. My suggestion to the people who have also purchased this item is to periodically remove the grinder bit from the motor shaft, inspect it for corrosion and put a little WD40 onto it. It is the same water that is being pulled up to lubricate the bit that is causing the corrosion. This is a great machine and I would have loved to have it working again. So, Amazon, it is still within the 12 months’ return and exchange period…What now? Do I get it replaced?…….Update: I changed the rating to five stars due to the excellent Customer Service at Anbull. Immediately after the review, I was contacted by the Anbull Customer Service through email and the Amazon messaging Service. They started the process to send me a new machine, without me having to return the defective one. The new machine is working flawlessly, still very quiet and doing an excellent job at smoothing tiles for my mosaic projects. Based on what caused the problem in the first place (the grinding bit getting stuck), I now remove the bit after every day of use and rinse it.Once again, a thumbs up to the excellent Customer Service at Anbull!
