I'm going to preface this review with the fact that I am petite. I am likely a lot smaller than the average user of the vest. I also wear a custom vest daily for work, so I'm sure that's affecting my opinion.The vest is adjustable, to a degree. I can't make it tight enough to stay in place on my body while I do higher impact activities. Also likely due to my size, the vest affects my range of motion.While doing static exercises, the vest is fine! But if I jump or jog, I have to physically hold the vest in place.I understand they can't make a smaller vest option and still accommodate weight plates. A one size fits all weighted vest just might not be best for smaller people.The vest does seem to be quite durable and functional. Overall, I would still recommend it to average size humans.

My husband is ex military and enjoys to ruck march throughout the week. This vest made it easy to add some extra weight. It is very durable. It's not bulky. Does not rub or pull. He absolutely loves it. He says that it's comfortable to wear and does not hurt. Would highly recommend.

The shoulder straps are mot adjustable which makes it a little snug around that area. Being 6'1" 270lbs I am a little on the thicker side. Other then that, the overall fit is quite comfortable.

I am impressed with the quality of this plate carrier! The shoulder passing is adequate and the weight sits balanced. I don’t run with it but walk fast. Hope that it tricks my legs into thinking I weigh more and builds them biggerSo far I love it

Shopped around and read reviews/- this set turned out to be amazing and very durable. Velcro holds securely in place.

I had this vest for less than 2 months. I used it almost daily. The vest fit well and was comfortable, but ultimately the stitching began to rip. I did not use this vest for anything other than walking and jogging and it lasted less than 2 months. I reached out to the seller and they said they only warranty upholstery for 30 days. If you’re serious about using a weighted vest several times a week, save your money and purchase a better quality vest. This one will not hold up.

The plates are solid appears to be stab proof. feels great doing some walking and stretching exercises.The vest quality seems great.

I bought this for doing cardio and it did not disappoint. It was a little snug when I was 290lbs, but now it fits great and the weight of 20lbs is perfect! II use it when riding my Peleton and walking on the treadmill. It's also great for putting velcro patches on.

I have used and abused my weighted vest but I will tell you that if you do not wash it the right way it starts to smell like sweaty gym equipment. Other than that i love the way it functions.

The vest is an awesome color, and very comfortable. The armour plates are designed really well and fit into the pouches really easily. The vest has multiple straps to make sure it is secure on your body and you were able to do most anything you want out wise. I believe as well worth the extra money compared to the invest with multiple bags or small iron plates.

Bought this due to price. I didn’t want to pay 5:11 price for something that I might not use.I am really impressed with the quality. My vest fit very well out of the box and only required a small amount of adjustment. The material feels durable and the plates are surprisingly comfortable while running. The carrier does dig into your neck a bit if you are doing some running, but can easily be eliminated if you run with a hand resting in the vest (like holding suspenders).I use it three times a week and enjoy the extra weight. Would recommend.
