Pretty disappointed, there are weight under the armpits so your arms have to rest against them and it’s soooooo uncomfortable how could I use this for a long period of time when the weights are digging into my arms lol it’s honestly useless, this needs to be redesigned so the person can have free range of motion and not feel like they have to keep there arms up just to keep this on. Seems so obvious, not sure how it passed to production

First time purchasing a weighted vest and I’m excited to intergrade into my workouts. I’m glad to get the 12 lbs and used it on my walks.Material is great quality

I recently bought the 16 lb vest after seeing another video of someone using one while walking. I was looking for a way to get more out of a walk as I have PCOS and have read walking helps. For reference, I have 5'2 and 147 lbs at 24 years old. I have been strength training for over a year, but had to take a break for a month or so due to health reasons. I would say the 16 lb vest is a good place to start if you are in similar place as me! It was challenging but not to the point that I couldn't wear it. I have only used it a handful of times so far and can already feel a difference in my back muscles and posture. I also love that you can wear the vest while strength training for added weight, which will keep me from having to buy more equipment for squats for a while. The vest is surprisingly comfortable and sits well on the shoulders. The two straps across the front help distribute the weight and wasn't painful for me across the chest. The removeable pocket for phone/keys/airpods is really convenient too! The look is sleek and not too bulky.I noticed some reviews mentioned a chemical scent upon opening the package. The scent was present but not so strong that I didn't want to use it right out of the box. It has aired out for a week or so now and the scent is gone.Overall, this is a great addition to exercise equipment and I am more excited to go walking because of it!

I've upgraded my score to 5 stars as this vest came with a little rubbery smell but it has dissipated after walking outside with it a couple of times. I love this vest... It's taken my walks up a notch interned my housework into a workout!! I weigh 148 lbs so I choose the 12 lb vest. It is very comfortable while wearing. It sits evenly on your body so actually feels lighter while it's on you then when holding it in your hand. It is made very well. Made out of a neoprene type of fabric & the padding is just right. It has one strap that goes across the top of your chest so it is not uncomfortable in that area. The front strap is easily adjustable. I wear this when I walk on the treadmill and do my chores around the house. I wear it for a long walk around the neighborhood as well... Feels so good to shed it when I get home because it feels like I'm instantly lighter on my feet!!! Functionality: I feel that it and enhances my workouts and it's a good value for the money. It even came with a bonus cell phone pouch that you can attach to the vest!!

I am 5'3 and about 105-110 lbs and I got the 12 lb weighted vest which I was worried about because I thought it may be a little too heavy! It fits perfectly and when I walk on a treadmill or if the weather permits and get to walk outside around a gorgeous lake or a park, this best has adjustable straps! This vest even came with an attachment that holds your keys, mini SPF, a cellphone, credit card, Lippie, which I was surprised as it didn't even show that so you don't even need a purse to go with you and that isn't going ANYWHERE! It attaches right with you not weighing you down on any side! I'm sure a water bottle with a handle could fit on any side of the middle as well! I love this and it definitely is easy to clean with just a little sanitizer but you're wearing it over athletic clothes so it builds MORE of a sweat than if you were merely walking and defines the upper body rather than just weighing yourself down with a backpack so to speak as this is durable and well crafted! I highly recommend this product due to it's effectiveness as I have seen results in my upper back which I will show you a pic of my back! It was never like THIS before and I love to make workouts fun and fresh which THIS does just THAT! It first seemed expensive but now, I change my mind and feel it's highly affordable for the quality of equipment you're getting and I can tell I'm getting something that will last a VERY LONG time (over 10+++++ years at the very LEAST unless I bulk up and need a heavier one? One can strive for that! I truly have seen a marked difference in a short time and this makes a small walk feel like a heavy, vigorous workout!) It's also comfortable especially wear it over clothing and adjust the straps to your body size! I was worried due to my large chest but I STILL have room to adjust the straps much more! So pleased with THIS weighted vest for in the gym but especially outdoors! Up to you now you use it and enjoy! I enjoy the black color because it matches with most everything and there's no funny smell which is nice! I feel that one could use a wash cloth and hand wash this delicately when needed to prevent bacteria build-up! I wouldn't recommend just tossing it in a washing machine myself!
