I was super appreciative of the seller and Amazon for getting this to us in a day. Local Home Depot and Lowe’s- not in stock and about 3-4 days to order. It was great to get the sink fixed. As far as American Standard goes with their speed connect system, I think I’d rather have the old fashioned metal arm mechanism rather than very fragile and small plastic cam and hook design. But that’s not Amazon’s issue.

An exact American standard replacement which is great. But be prepared to be Houdini with small hands and a lot of patience to install. Once you have done one successfully you're fine. Must be a better system our there!! But stuck with American Standard

It took me a bit of time to find the correct replacement cartridge for my Edgemere faucet. None of the big box hardware stores had it, they only showed a cartridge for other AS faucets. Replacement was very easy and quick. When you take the old cartridge out, pay attention to the orientation of the metal piece just under the 0-ring. Align that the same on the replacement and you're good to go.

This fit perfectly and fixed my leak. The nut that came with it was too large so I reused the old one. Thanks for people’s comments about how to reverse it so that it can be used for the hot side. I have now ordered another to do the hot cartridge. I ordered silicone grease for the large o-ring. This cartridge seals great and the handle turns effortlessly.

This was great for my American standard bathroom faucets. It would have been better not to loose parts to the original one. (It's better to use the faucet handles to pull the valves out rather than using a mallet..)

Arrived quickly. The cartridge fit my American Standard Fluent cold perfectly but the nut that came with it was too big. I just used the old nut and it's all good.
