Brought 2 set and both were faulty.One tap would not turn off and the other had a crack in the cartridge.I could not believe that both failed. These are not American standard.Very disappointing and all should be cautioned.

After doing research, I decided to buy this faucet, and boy, has it turned out to be a wise decision! The chrome finish is eye-catching and instantly elevates the bathroom's appearance. This faucet is not just a pretty face though! It's energy efficient and water-conserving, a great plus for those of us who are environmentally conscientious. The automatic shut-off feature is a real saver, especially for the forgetful ones. In a nutshell, it's a beautiful and practical addition to my bathroom.

Ordered three of these from Amazon. The first two I installed both leaked. Didn't bother to install the third as it had cosmetic damage.

I have had to return 3 faucets so far that are defective. I feel like I have been sent either old stock or returned items but since I have replaced the others I have to reorder to match what I've already installed

Faucet works great! Company and employees are very happy with it. Saves water and is better to use during the cold and flu seasons. The only complaint that I have is with the packing, there wasn't any. Faucet just bounced around in the box and the dot on one of the handles is missing and there was a problem with one of the other parts that the plumber used plumbers tape to fix for now. The faucet does come with a warranty, it's just too bad that we have to use it because of the lack of packaging.
