I purchased this adapter to use with my Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K. I've tried the Kocackoo and Tilta adapters. Both adapters stick out too far. They make the camera long, and it throws off the balance. This adapter is smaller, and it mounts closer to the camera without blocking the ports on the right side. I've been looking for an adapter like this since the camera came out last year. The wait is over! The adapter doesn't have any ports. It's just a V Mount battery to BP-U Series adapter that works perfectly with the Pyxis 6K. I plan on buying another one for the Pyxis 12K that comes out in a few months. If you're looking for better power options and longer battery life for your Pyxis 6K/12K, this is the adapter to buy!
