I was a little hesitant to make such a significant purchase like this online, but my mother needed an air pressure mattress since she had become bedridden, and this was the cheapest price I found by far. It arrived quickly and my uncle and I were able to set it up and get it going. The straps that you use to tie down to the bed were BARELY long enough, but with effort, he was able to tie them. There was very little instruction that came with the mattress and pump. That could definitely be improved, but it wasn't rocket science either. It seemed well constructed. I don't have a long term use review, as we've only had it a few weeks. My mother is about 300 lbs. She felt the mattress was comfortable, no complaints. I was most impressed at the quietness of the pump. I assumed it would be rather loud. It was very quiet. We didn't have to turn up the TV volume to compensate, nor did it require us to talk louder, or bother anyone at night. We used it on a hospital bed type base with head and leg adjustments. It worked fine with that. We have had a little bit of problem with the tubes separating a little bit in one area allowing her to sink in to that section a little bit. We haven't had a chance to look into that. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the bed for in home use.
