Got my package. Looks like it had been opened and retailed shut. One of the end flaps of the box was missing too. I have done shipping and receiving so I am very well informed on packaging. Contents seem to be ok.

This buffet Set was perfect for our party! Although the pans are a bit smaller than expected, they did exactly what they promised—kept the food warm throughout the event. Each pan comes with a lid, which was very convenient, and the holding trays are sturdy and well-made. I also appreciated that it included plenty of serving utensils and even the fuel cans, making it a complete set. Overall, it’s a fantastic, all-in-one solution for hosting, and I’d highly recommend it!

I wish I could rate these zero stars. This was a terrible product that was a waste of money. The foil was not sturdy and easily foldable. BUT the worst part was that the stand was too close to the provided burners, that when lit, caused a burnt smell. Within minutes of lighting burner and placing it under the food, I had burnt food and the foil was smoking, creating a hold through it, starting a fire.If I didn’t catch the burnt smell, I would have had a fire all over my food table and food would have been wasted.When I tried to get a refund from Amazon after the party, they refused at first to give me a full refund unless I returned the item… returned through the mail, used, burnt, melted foil pans…After arguing that was a shipping hazard and I no longer had product due to the FIRE it caused, I eventually got a full refund.Do NOT buy this product.

It was going really well all my parts worked I didn't have any broken parts which I was really excited about. But when got all the food into the buffet trays and put the water in the, lit the Sterno can and burnt a hole through my macaroni and cheese LOL the fire I think just sits too close to the pans I will get new pans and keep my buffet stands the stands are all perfect for reusing but next time I will put tea lights under them or something because it was like a too high of a fire those kind of cans like about 3 minutes in the water was like humming cuz it was boiling so just definitely a heads up the whole set is great just be cautious with the heating cans they send you because you might just catch your macaroni on fire LOL.
