Have a 14" Edelbrock air cleaner this spacer did not work

As you would expect from this company. The spacer is top notch. Is worthy of any type of vehicle you put it on.

I purchased this spacer to get clearance for air cleaner to distributor. I am not a fan of spacers but the review looked ok. Unfortunately when the part showed up it fit nice on the 5 1/8 elderbrock carb but the spot for the air cleaner to sit in is machined on the inside of the spacer and does not fit a performance or stock air cleaner assy . the air cleaner will not securely sit on the spacer or seal properly. therefore does not do as seller claims . Go luck returning they will not pay freight. do not waste your time with this spacer, buy a spacer that goes between intake and carb .

It was the perfect fit between the Edelbrock aftermarket carb and and the factory air cleaner. It went in a Ford E-350 over head van RV so I still had to get way creative before this was all over and done with but this part was essential to creating a clean environment to what had been a total dirt dump going into my engine. It previously had a plastic piece of crap spacer that broke and I had no idea that was the case when I purchased the vehicle. Add that to the list of stuff the sellers lied about and failed to mention. "Shamu" is on the road to recovery though and if nothing else we sleep comfortably wherever we break down.

Perfect fit for my 1980 Tans Am with a Rochester 4 barrel carb. I did have to take the rubber seal off in order for the breather to seat correctly, but other wise it fit right in place. A nice polished look to it as well. Quite happy with it.

Bought an Edlebrach filter assembly for my ‘92 1500 TBI Silverado, it needed a spacer, so I bought an Allstar Performance ALL25945 Sure Seal Spacer. The spacer was really tight, so I removed the really nice O-ring seal on the spacer & heated on the stove to expand it. It tapped on nicely & looks great. Great product & reports are made in USA 🇺🇸

I needed to lift my drop down air cleaner up since i swapped to a fitech fuel injection system( it works flawless) and needed a spacer. I looked at the plastic ones and i remember that i had one with my previous system ( holly sniper) and the heat would make it brittle. it is,after all sitting top of the engine. heat rises. and they are usually are made of abs plastic. good for the inside of a car but bad under a hood.so i wanted something that would stay with me and not have to keep buying the cheap plastic type. and here i found it!i knew it was aluminum but didnt realize that the inside is chamfered to perfectly fit the ait cleaner. if you look at the pic closely it is more then just raising the air cleaner up. it actually fits ONTO the air cleaner and you have to press it down to mate with the surface. so in other words. when you press this on( with your hands, not a mechanical press) you can flip the bottom of the air cleaner over and it doesn't come off. so when i need to take the air cleaner off,its attached to the bottom of it.. nice!. just make sure the bottom of it is perfectly round. i had to beat mine like a spoiled child to get it right in a few spots.( hey don't judge me folks) and once i did. it never came off.all in all it works as shown and intended and you will NOT be buying another air cleaner spacer if you get this one. trust me. unless you lose it , then that's is on you.. i like it. told other car guys about it and they bought one also. no complaints. had it for a few months now..

Pretty nice piece of hardware it fits fine on my TBI looks good matches my intake air cleaner it did the job just perfect it's a great product sorry for the people that have had problems with it but it's just fine for me thank you no disrespect.

fits both a Quadrajet and a Holley perfectly - looks nice and allows plenty of clearance below the air cleaner ... carburetor runs cooler and all of the linkages and vacuum lines have plenty of roomthis would benefit from having an o-ring on each side instead of just one

Very nice piece. It does come with an O ring. Where the inside diameter is larger to fit onto the air cleaner base is about .020 too small. It does NOT fit my original, or my edelbrock air filter base. Will be going to the neighbors to borrow his lathe real quick. After that, it will be perfect. No ghetto plastic that I have to replace in a few years.Update: Once I turned the ID down, it fits and works beautifully.
