We purchased a new shower head with built in softner/filter. Issue was it pointed too high and went right over the wife's head. This adapter allowed me to aim it at a more centralized location. Connection is good, no leaks., and the adjustment stays tight no drift. Bought a second for sons shower.

Exactly what I needed for my corner shower! I had issues with my shower head because it over-reached and caused the water to spill past the shower and onto the floor. Even though the shower head was designed for a larger shower, I still got it because it was 75% off so i wasn’t going to give up on my expensive shower head. Buying the adapter piece solved my problem. I was able to tilt the piece sideways which allows me to angle the shower head more horizontally. Now it angles perfectly so it doesn’t over-pour.It even came with extra gaskets and a small spool of plumbers tape!
