My wife and I have been looking for a really nice shower head and this really fit the bill. We bought 2 of these. One for the downstairs and one for the upstairs bath. Easy to install and had them up and working within about 30 mins. after getting them out of the box. Packed really well and if we could give it one more star we would. Love it..

After trying nearly a dozen shower heads, finally found a shower head worth keeping! Nice water pressure without using up hot water too fast. And plenty of settings. Only thing I wish is that the fitting was chrome finish/metal like the rest of the unit. Overall a very solid product!

Pro's:- Easy to install- Multiple spray settings, easy to change from one to another- Decent water pressure- Water conservationCons:- The collar that attaches the shower head to the pipe from the wall is made of plastic, it has not caused any issues but would have preferred it to be metal like the rest of the unit- The collar is also black which kind of takes away from the appearance of the satin nickel finish- While this unit has multiple settings, and I'm sure they would be useful to others, there is only one setting that we find acceptable - fortunately one is all we need
