I've had this product for over a year now and it still works wonderfully. It even supports my 2 cats at the same time. Highly recommend.

My cat took forever to warm up to it, but now she loves it! The steel arms that connect to the suction cups were the hardest to figure out. I still have to push them back through the holes in the suction cups when they start getting lose from her jumping on the perch, but I've had it up for about a year and it's still holding strong!

Very sturdy, easy to install. I placed some clear gorilla tape across the top of each suction cup (and window) and haven't had any issues. Worked so well, I ordered another. While cat sitting for my daughter, her two fat cats (17.9 lbs and 16.5 lbs) were on it at the same time. I was concerned it would fall but didn't and hasn't. Not sure about the 50 lb rating but it will support 33 lbs 14 ounces

The gremlins love it, got some bird feed outside the window for some good cat TV. Both of them have been sitting on it multiple times without any issues, and that's 10kg of cat it's holding up.

My cat used this for about 10 months before it ripped. He did love lounging and sleeping in the window. He is a big guy (about 15 lbs). Overall I feel like it was worth the purchase. I just wish it lasted longer. The suction cups did come loose every few months but it was easy to reattach.

My cat instantly became obsessed with this, she jumps on it immediately as soon as I put it up each morning and spends most of the day there. She loves to sit on it and look/sniff out the window and nap there when the sun comes through the window. I didn't expect it to be such a massive favourite but it was an awesome purchase! She's so happy :')

I really liked this product at first, but I would really warn people to be careful on which windows they put it on. When the cats jumped onto it, the suction broke off part of my window. It's sturdy, but careful of the glass you put it on.

The first problem is that this thing has caused The Great Cat War of 2023. Now I have to buy another one because whichever cat gets up on this thing immediately becomes a tyrant throwing slappity slaps at the lowly peasants beneath them. The second and more minor issue is that the little metal bars rely on gravity to keep them in place against the part that the cats sit on. Maybe this is fine for graceful and well-mannered cats but my clumsy savages wrestle around and are NOT graceful. One little bump in an upwards direction makes it collapse if nobody is sitting on it to weigh it down. The metal bits are slightly curved but it's not quite enough to keep it snug. I've made some little rubber stoppers for the ends out of hot glue and that seems to have solved it for the time being. I could see tape or anything else with some kind of grip working just fine too.The instructions were fine. They even have detailed graphics. The box it came in is actually so cute I'm saving it to use as a gift box later. So far the suction seems fine and it's stable. I've only had it for about a day so we'll see how it holds up!

Initially, I had a little trouble getting the metal bars into the frame. But once I figured out that I needed a little more elbow grease, it fit together so well and was easy to put together! The kit came with directions that were easy to follow. I did soak the suction cups as directed, and that really has helped them stick to the windows. I have never had any issues with them coming off. My cats absolutely love it and it’s one of their favorite spots to sleep! I like the metal bars underneath because it’s more sturdy and doesn’t impact their ability to stretch out on top of it. Would absolutely buy again!

Okay, so I have some positive things to say, and a few negative things to say. Overall, I think this is a pretty decent buy. I would recommend it.PROS: As you can see in the pic, I got a pretty big boy and he is able to sit on it with ease (it’s not bending I promise, I am just dumb and didn’t put it up straight). That is 100% a win in my book because I was terrified it wouldn’t hold him and it does!! Also, the suction cups stuck instantly to the window, but they are not a pain to remove if you want to move it.CONS: The instructions are USELESS and WRONG. I repeat: THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE WRONG. First, it doesn’t tell you that before you connect the two “U” brackets, you need to slide each side into the two pockets on the mesh. (Pain in the butt to do btw, if you have someone to help it would be better) Then it ACTIVELY gives you the WRONG information by saying make sure the holes are facing up. THE HOLES NEED TO BE FACING DOWN. The iron bars have to hook into the holes on the underneath, so idk why it says up but it is wrong. I literally have my mesh upside down because, like I said, it said holes facing up and I put the top of the mesh facing up, and the mesh is too much of a pain to try to redo.Once the brackets are connected inside of the mesh and the Velcro fastened, attach the suctions to the bars on the “U” brackets and attach to the widow. Do not try to attach the bars before putting base on the window because it will not work well. Work one side at a time with the bottom by hooking the metal bars into the suction cup (part with the 90 degree angle goes on the cup) attaching cup to window, and then pushing it up under the base and into the hole. If you find that putting in the second bar causes the first bar you put in to fall out, it means your second suction cup is up too high and is pushing the base up too far. Just lower the second suction cup until both bars stay. It is surprisingly sturdy even though you think it won’t be when you are putting it together.TL;DR: before connecting “U” brackets, slide each “U” prong into the mesh pockets, with the holes facing the bottom side of the mesh, which has the Velcro part. Attach base part to window before fooling with the support bars. If your first metal bar keeps falling out while you are trying to connect the the second one, the second bar’s suction cup is too high and just needs to be brought down a little.
