These are so much better than the disks I used to have in our koi pond. The koi used to flip them over the disk kind and over time the plastic point where you attach the hose would break off. These are so much tougher amd it doesn't matter which way they land at the bottom of the pind. I wish I'd have bought them several years ago. I bought 2 sets. The price is great! Thanks!

Puts out a lot of air. Built pretty sturdy too. Could use a little better distribution on the air, but its ok.

They work as intended. Work best in a horizontal position. Can handle high flow air pump.

These are great air stones, the air tubing holds on very tightly and stays in place. They are heavy enough to stay on the bottom of the tank and don't move. Really like the design of these air stones.

Used these for airation in my aquarium sump for a fluidized bed reactor. Works amazing. Surprisingly small bubbles wich is great, and these don't float which is perfect. Highly recommend these. You do need a big air pump to run these

I don't know why it's so hard to find pond-sized air stones. It seems the manufacturers have moved to plastic "membrane" bubblers, but they really don't work for me and end up not blowing out of the length of the membrane. These stones work well, although the size of the inlet was small compared to my piping. I made them work by wrapping black tape around them. Once in the pond, I could see immediately that the bubbles were smaller and finer and the fish seemed to like them better. As you may know the idea of these is to turn the water over so that it oxygenates and I run my bubblers 23 hours a day.
