Have an air concentrator in the bedroom that I switch between nose cannula and CPAP. It was difficult pulling off one hose and attaching the other but with the splitter it is only an open/ close lever action. You do have to trim the air hose a little to fit the slightly smaller splitter pipe I/O diameter but its simple and effective.

Flow control is a little crude but much better than plastic valves. Ball valve allows tuning the flow reasonably well. Still searching for a needle valve air control which provides true precision.Chrome plated brass, not Stainless Steel as advertised. (made in china).

I have a 10-gallon aquarium with an air pump for the air stone bubbles in the aquarium. I am not able to turn the pump low enough to prevent the bubbles from being too strong. I only have one tube going to the aquarium. I attached that tube to the regular pump, and in-line from the pump, attached one valve of the splitter to the tube going to the aquarium air stone. I turned the other valve off. This little splitter did the trick! I can adjust the air flow (no cheap plastic cap -- a real valve) ranging from no air to the exact amount I want going to the airstone in the aquarium. Attaching the tube to the splitter does require some strength as it is VERY tight!

I used this to connect two air lines to a single air pump as shown in the picture. One valve goes to a very small sponge filter while the other valve runs to an another splitter for two small sponge filters. The valves allow good control over the amount of air each tube receives. I like the strength and durability of the stainless steel and I prefer it over the screw type adjustment on the plastic valves.

It works and is easy to use! I have an aqueon 1-10gal pump attached to a sponge filter, and the flow was too high for my betta in his 3 gallon tank. I'm using only 1 of the 2 outlets, but set the unattached line to the closed position and it's working just fine. Adjusting the flow is very easy!

I tried to use it with an oxygen condenser to make it easier to switch from the nose cannula to a bipap machine. Didn't work.
