Edit// seller has been supportive with resolving product issues and has offered a replacement. While I haven’t yet received a new product to confirm quality, the customer service so far has been great.Original// 1/3 of the lights are barely lit, resulting in darker patches on the ceiling. The motor driving the twinkle effect is quite loud and certainly noticeable when the tv/sound is off in the room. Because of the custom installation, it’s impossible for me to disassemble for a return/refund

I installed 2 kits. Took 18 hours but worth it. Great quality I would recommend wiring into an “add a fuse” so it turns on and off with ignition rather than having a socket exposed

I was expecting the product to show up new and ready to use but when I got the box it arrived looking like this. It’s very evident that someone has used it before with all the scratches and signs of use on the actual light projector itself and a few fiber optic wires were bent/cut and would not work. I normally wouldn’t care but I paid for a certain amount of working fiber optics so I was expecting them all to be intact. Pretty disappointed with my purchase.
