Have been using the X1 Pro Max for about a month now and so far it has been great. We upgraded from the old style pool vac that was attached to a circulation port and roamed around randomly. The X1 Pro Max is not only cordless which is a huge plus, but it also systematically cleans the pool. It will clean for a long time on a full charge too. When it's finished, it will float to the top and sit there for retreval. I also get notifications about firmware updates that are ready for download. The technology and build quality seem to be excellent so far.

Always getting stuck or stopping waste of money out of 30 cleaning attempts only one work

You'll definitely want to get the "caddy" because this thing is incredibly heavy. I'd guess it's about 30 pounds. If it didn't have the ability to bring itself somewhere convenient to grab, it would have been a nightmare to keep taking it out and bringing it back after charging. The necessary heft aside, everything about this is a dreame. The battery life is unparalleled. Depending on the weather, it's got better run time than a "solar powered continuous skimmer". It can go up walls and do the surface and floor. It filters the water better than the jets on the side of the pool with the expensive pump that's forever dying. It comes up with better cleaning routes than the terrible lawn mowing robot I tested for a week before shipping back. The app is much better made than those for several lawn and floor robots I've tested. It'll be a while before I can speak to the longevity which is the only remaining question about this unit I have (given the $2500 price tag, I expect it's going to survive many winters provided I properly maintain it). There's no reason to be running it morning to light, so I won't be running the battery to 0 and I suspect that should help with the battery lasting a very long time. The heavy weight and use of plastics is a bit concerning, but if I drop it and it breaks that's kind of on me (like I said at the start, you're going to want to dolly thing; it's not worth risking dropping this beast). As best as I can tell, this is probably worth a solid 2k (or the 2500 retail). I've tested several $300-$600 models and they're basically useless. The $1000 models do a pretty good job of filtering the water and getting at the walls, but this one is in a league of its own doing the surface and lasting in the pool longer than you will. Does everything the options priced at 5k promise to.

This pool cleaner is an absolute powerhouse. The build quality is exactly what you'd expect from a premium model in this price range. It seems durable and well designed. While it takes some time to complete a full clean, the time and effort it saves you in the long run make it a worthwhile investment if it fits your budget. The Pro Max is the top-of-the-line model, capable of cleaning the entire pool including the floor, walls, waterline, and surface. It has 4 rotating brushes and a large suction inlet to pull in all of the debris. It can run for up to 10 hours on the most power efficient mode – skimming – and boasts some of the strongest suction numbers on the market - 8500 gallons per hour. It works with or without the app, but I highly recommend using the app for access to additional cleaning modes and settings. The debris basket is generously sized and easy to clean, thanks to the removable filter design. The unit also includes extra ultra-fine filters that are perfect for capturing fine debris like pollen and algae. The app itself is intuitive and adds three extra cleaning modes: wall, waterline, and multizone. Multizone mode is especially useful if your pool includes features like steps or ledges, as it helps ensure those areas are properly mapped and appropriately cleaned. The app also allows you to call the robot to the pool's edge for easy retrieval—though this only works when the cleaner is surfaced, unless you have the optional smart monitor. Without that, you'll need to use the included hook to retrieve it while underwater. Software updates will also become available via the app.The only downsides I’ve noticed are that you can’t control the cleaner while it’s submerged, likely due to limitations in wireless signal transmission through water. The company does offer an add-on device that enables full underwater control, but it’s sold separately. I also find that the robot occasionally struggles with large leaves on the surface. I think it would benefit from a larger suction inlet on top for skimming mode. All in all, this cleaner delivers excellent results and makes pool maintenance much easier. If it’s within your budget, it’s well worth the purchase!

The robot is very heavy duty. Initially had issue with it but with the help of a great support team at Aiper all issue has been resolved! I will post video soon!

Update:Well, we used it twice in the last two weeks and this cleaner is unbelievable! It does everything it says it will, slowly, methodically and incredibly well. The first run cleaned better than I have ever been able to manually clean the pool after spring opening. With a single pass, the floor and walls were as clean as new. I couldn't believe the gunk in the basket after the clean. Things that I couldn't spot with my eyes and small items from the surrounding trees. I am blown away at how it navigates and cleans the walls, and if you weren't looking at it, you wouldn't know it's working it's so quiet.I haven't opened up my pool just yet so will come back with the rest of the review in a few weeks.I have been looking at automatic pool cleaners for years. None have offered the features, capabilities or features that this one has.I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting, but the skimmer function is not quite what I expected and may be the weakest feature of the cleaner. It basically just floats on the water. There may be the slightest but of propulsion but it's virtually unnoticeable. It only seems to capture whatever floats into its "mouth". I sort of expected that an impeller would have sucked the water and debris in to make it work faster and more efficiently, but it still did manage to get quite a few items after about 1 1/2 hours or so.This particular model is probably a bit of overkill for my pool as it's only about 650 sq ft surface area and I believe that this unit is able to do pools 5 times bigger than that. Also, I have a sloping pool and the deep end is a sort of bowl. The unit did have a bit of slippage as it tried to navigate and the bowl also played some tricks on it when it came time to clean the walls, but all in all, they were quite minor. I had it on the strongest level, but I think if I dropped it down to medium that it would capture 100% of the floor and walls. I don't let my pool get out of control so once I do the extreme opening clean, the rest is mostly maintenance.Where was this 20 years ago when we put in the pool?!?It feels built very solidly. all doors and latches are held in place very securely, but they're still quite easy to open up with a couple of screws or clips.Lots of filters that are designed to catch extremely small particles.Floors, walls, water line and skimmer capabilities that can be engaged in any combination plus on-board controls. This is a solid unit that appears to be second to none with a battery life that will go 3 or 4 times longer than most pools and appears to be exceptionally easy to charge.
