Incomprehensible instructions that are badly printed and too small a font to read. On top of that the unit appears not to function for the purpose it was bought for.

I would think the market for this is pretty small. This is not a typical voltmeter / ohmmeter. It is built very sturdy. The buttons have a very solid feel to them. It seems to be intended for lineman or folks who work hight voltage lines.
