Installation Method:
- Prepare the corresponding tools, such as large sharp scissors, saws, sanders, etc.;
- The grill mesh is cut according to the shape of the mid-net frame, it is best to leave a certain space size, in order to adjust conveniently;
- Saw off the grid of the original grill mesh, leaving only the middle net frame, and cover the middle net after cutting and grinding;
- Use steel wire, wire buckle, or glass glue (the kind that sticks to the front windshield) to fix it. If you use glass glue, you have to be equipped with a hot air fan to enter the operation.

I bought this as a secondary protection behind my factory car grille. I was skeptical, due to possible overheating from the mesh pattern design. It actually works pretty well, with no issues at all. I would highly recommend this product. You'll need some aviation scissors to cut the mesh to size.

Easy to work with. Pretty sturdy. Just have to be handy and resourceful when it comes to application. The only down side is the coating/paint already started chipping after the first day of driving. Not necessarily a problem as long as it does the job protecting the inside from rock/debris. Huge difference with the temperature also. Better airflow.

I installed this on a road course race car to protect a new oil cooler. It was easier to work with than I anticipated. It comes rolled up in a box and can be easily bent back flat with minimal effort. I used a straight edge and a utility blade to "score" where I wanted to cut it. Bending the material back and forth at the score mark and it broke off cleanly and easily. Looks good installed and it seems sturdy enough to protect the oil cooler from rocks and debris that my get kicked up on track.

Nice selection of mesh colors and sizes. Easy enough to custom fit with strong snips. We used this to cover openings in the RV under the stove and sink and it works well. It did take a long time to ship but we knew that when we ordered it. Recommend.

Very nice, stiff protective screening for my radiator, oil cooler and air conditioning cooler. People on the Santa Cruz forum were complaining that when a rock hit any of the above it was a $1,800 replacement cost that was not covered under warranty. So at the recommendation of others I got 2 sheets of this in the 4x8 rhombic size. I didn't install it like others, zip tying it either on the outside or the inside of the grill like so many others. I'm not doing that to $40,000 new car! I watched a YouTube video on how to take the front end with installed grills off my car. being very careful it took me 45 minutes and the whole front end was laying on the grass in front of the car. It was then very easy, with regular scissors, to cut the screening to fit the back side of the grill. I left tabs on the screen where I saw screws on the back side that held grill in place. I then back the screws out one by one and screed them back in first through the screen tab then back in the hole holding the grill in place. That held the screening in place against the back of the grill. Start to finish, in my driveway, It took me 4 hours, which was well worth it, to get a factory looking job. The tools I used to do this were a small flathead screwdriver for the plastic pop fasteners, a 10 mm socket for the eight bolts, a pair of scissors for cutting the screen and a Phillips head screwdriver for attaching it to the existing screws holding the grill in place.I did have some concern when I finished because it looked so beautifully black with very little silver aluminum radiator showing, that maybe too much of the airflow would be blocked by the screening... I can tell you that this is absolutely NOT the case! We've had heat indexes over 105 degrees the last few days and I've driven the car around town, on the highway and sat in it parked on a blacktop parking lot with the air conditioning running for over an hour and the engine temperature gauge is exactly where it has always been, just a hair under mid-range. I have not seen the slightest change!

Came as expected. Rolled up and just the grill mesh. Nothing fancy. If you arent good with body work grab a buddy who is. And watch your fingers. I cannit stress this enough. This is almost as sharp as the tin snips I used! So far the product itself held up in frost, rain, hurricane Fiona, snow, and a bit of freezing rain. Color isnt fading or peeling so thats a bonus for sure!
