Installation
1. Prepare the grille, tools (saws, sharp scissors, and etc) and tape, steel wire, wire buckle(optional)
2. Cut the grille into the shape of you need (Better to be larger for adjustment)
3. Gently press your grill piece with edging into place after cutting and grinding. Use tape steel wire, wire buckle or anything you could fix it

I removed the old grill of my car and installed this mesh instead, i love the outcome and the material is awesome to work with. Deff recommend !!!

This was a two day project to make a custom grille after I hit a goose and broke the OEM grille. The material is good quality, but the end result looks absolutely nothing like the photos as advertised. A LOT of light gets through, so you're staring right at the radiator and bumper frame with no obstruction. The pictures made it look like the material would be thicker, but its fairly thin. It also bends and deforms very easily, so any collisions (like with bugs) causes warps and dents.I'm not very happy with the way it looks, but so far, it's held up fine and does the job of protecting the radiator from collisions with large flying insects, small rocks that get kicked up by other vehicles, falling sticks, etc.Installation was easy with zip ties, a rotary cutting tool, and some patience. It was the perfect size for a 2017 Ford Fiesta SE.

I was able to add the Mesh just behind my Factory grill to give it a Custom Look fit perfect on My Work Van. I actually installed it for Added security on my work van to prevent the Hood latch and Horns from being Tampered with! 👍🏽🙂

I am building a custom car for a client that has a silver and black theme to it. I saw this black finished expanded metal and thought it would be a nice touch for the radiator gravel guard that I need to fabricate. I have used expanded metals in the past and found this material to be rather nice. Its a slightly smaller pattern than what is normally available and the black paint finish is well applied and so far seems pretty rugged. Be aware that it comes rolled up, not flat! I mention this because it does take a little bit of finesse to unroll and flatten without creasing or denting it in the process. I also mention this because its rather "springy" as you unroll and at one point my hand slipped off and it sprung up and smacked me in the face. I didn't get cut, but that could easily happen. It is definitely a nice material for a grill filler and just different enough to help make any vehicle a bit more unique.
