I thought the pencils I was trying to sharpen with my old sharpener were not good quality. It turns out I needed a new sharpener. This one works great. I ordered a second one (one to keep stationary and one to move around the classroom to sharpen in the mornings.

~(Eng) I've had this product for a year now, and I really love it! I bought it because I have my kids in school and they do projects and homework, and they like to color and do different crafts that involve using thick pencils and thick color pencils as well.This product has different hole sizes so you can fit them with the charcoal pencils or colored pencils of different sizes, and you can adjust it to the size you want or need. It works really well for us as a family, because we use pencils for a lot of things and the sharpener hasn't gotten bad, it keeps working great even though it's been a year. I recommend it, because it's a really good product and it's worth the price.~(Esp) ¡Ya llevo un año con este producto, y la verdad me encanta! Lo compre porque tengo a mis niños en la escuela y hacen proyectos y tareas escolares, aparte de que les gusta colorear y hacer diferentes manualidades que implica usas lápices y colores gruesos.Este producto cuenta con diferentes tamaños de agujeros para que puedas ocuparlos con lápices de carbon o lápices de colores de diferentes tamaños, y puedes ajustarlo al tamaño que desees o necesites. A nosotros nos funciona muy bien para toda la familia, pues usamos lápices para muchas cosas y el filo de este sacapuntas no se acaba, sigue trabajando excelente aun si ya ha pasado un año. Yo lo recomiendo, porque es un muy buen producto y vale la pena el precio.

While this sharpener did not work for me, the Seller most certainly came through. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!I was contacted and advised the item has a warranty, which included a refund upon the return of the defective sharpener.I replaced it with an auto Amfat pencil sharpener that my students enjoy using.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Purchased for my Art Classroom in October and just took it out of the box after the Winter Break.Within a few days of light use, it stopped working.Tried everything from checking for a jam, emptied the container and unplugged the sharpener.Nothing helped!!!I read reviews before making purchases - I didn’t expect to get a piece of junk.

Sharpened approximately 525 pencils one right after the other. Ran smooth, never got warm at all. I didn't pause in between sharpening for any reason and worked perfectly the e tire time. Highly recommend! Value is great main reason is it kept going and going with no hesitation. Very easy to use. Well made. Speed in sharpening is great just takes seconds. Easy to clean by just grasping the debris bin and pulling out. The noise level is quieter than any sharpener I've ever used.

Best purchase I have made for my classroom. Easy to use - sharpens fast and great value!It automatically stops which makes it easy to use. The noise is a bit loud - no noisier than usual though!

My children whose lose their sharpeners on rapid or they would waste their pencils using the manual sharpeners that caused more breakage than producing the desired result. With this electric pencil sharpener, there is no mess when sharpening pencils or crayons because the shavings fall directly in the bin, there is no more frustration anymore of trying to find a sharpener since it stays in its designated location, and there is less breakage since the result is perfect every time. I am happy I switched to this option.

No dislikes with this item. Works better than expected even after using it for well over 2-3 hundred times. The cups on the bottom hold it down solid (Counter top) and easy to empty. Sharpens with a quick push to perfection every time and have not broken any pencils to date. Great product!!!!

First I will say it worked great for the first few days but now I'm having trouble with it not turning on when I put my pencils in to sharpen them. Now for my review of how well it sharpens. Very nice! No more barrel cracks in my pencils, and sharpens them to a very fine point for coloring. Will not be going back to hand sharpening after purchasing an electric sharpener. How ever I hope I don't have to return this one, because I have noticed that now when I go to sharpen a pencil it won't turn on. No sure if I am not putting the pencil in correctly or if its defective. So I may have to return this one for another one. Hope not because I was very pleased with it until it stopped working right.
