I’m updating my review because I finally received the product. Product arrived 3 days late. Although the box looked like it was in fair condition there were some areas that had paint or finish issues where the metal showed through. Like it was boxed before the paint dried. I have not tried to contact the manufacture, but I can’t wait to see where that effort leads me. The delivery company was terrible. The delivery did not happen when scheduled and then when I tried to contact the local office in Baltimore, I got no answer. When the product was finally delivered (three days Late) the delivery person was not very friendly. The delivery company was (CEVA) and their tracking is terrible also. The package show delivered with exceptions. After a lot of effort on my part I was able to learn that the package was actually transferred to another company. CEVA had to go back to that company and retrieve the package then deliver it to me.

My columns turned out fine.best to have a installer you trust. No instructions where included. We also used metal no rust plates on both ends to insure no movement and finished with laytex caulk where everything fit together. The columns arrived in 3 sections in each box. UPS delivered the boxes in good shape or it would have been miserable. It is such a great improvement going from square wooden columns to these which will never rot.
