My adult son who has bigger hands was able to twist them to smooth out the wood so they'd open.

I bought this after seeing these on an episode of ms Rachel. It’s hard to find 7 nesting dolls and the tiniest snowman is very cute. My kids love this. Excellent quality. They fit tightly but not too tight and are hand painted beautifully. Highly recommend especially for kids (obviously watch for choking hazards!).

I ordered this on Nov 25. It was delivered on Jan 23. Literally two months for delivery. And then upon receipt, one of the snowmen is cracked vertically.
