I purchased this to cut my own felt callous pads as a cost saver. A little difficult to cut, but it works well.

Ordered this product for my spouse foot but it doesn’t have any adhesive on it. Can I return because I have cut a piece off before I realized it doesn’t have any adhesives.

The product has great support for feet, arch support in my case. Make sure you peel off from edges and not from the middle as it will not peel correctly from the middle.

For a long time it was impossible to find this product in its original quality form, but finally the quality has returned. The foam is thick and sturdy, and the adhesive really stays where you put it. We rely on this product to prevent the serious life and limb threatening pressure ulcers that come with my husband's diabetes, and we are so grateful that the quality is back!

My podiatrist recommended I get this for an arch support. It is easy to cut to fit to fit my arch. I also bevel the edges to make it more comfortable. Once I figured out the size I needed, I made a pattern to use for the next time and keep it with the product. It has been working great!

I have some nerve issues on a foot and being able to cut custom pads is great. And it’s way cheaper than buying precut pads at the store. I am applying the pads directly on my foot. It doesn’t move and stays put with a sock and shoe. Adhesive comes off with a shower. I sometimes reuse pads and they stick well.

I bought this thick padding to place on either side of a pressure point on my foot. I mainly wear the padding at night, so I want to be able to remove it easily and stick it to slick backing from little adhesive circles until I am ready to reapply it. This product is great on thickness and padding. The adhesive is very sticky. When I applied the adhesive directly to my skin, it stayed put. Unfortunately, when I peeled the padding off of my foot, the adhesive stayed behind. It was almost impossible to remove- I finally used nail polish remover. And there was no adhesive left on the padding, so reuse was not possible. You might think that I am unhappy with this product, but I found an easy way to make it work for me. The regular thin sheets of moleskin did not provide enough thickness for my purpose, but they adhere well and peel off very easily. So, my solution was to buy thin Walgreen’s brand moleskin and cut strips from that. Then I cut small squares of the thick padding and stick it to the end of the Walgreens moleskin. When I have it assembled, I remove the backing from the Walgreen’s moleskin and apply it my foot. I am able to use these strips for almost a week (removing them every day). No damage to my skin. This large roll of thick padding will last a very long time the way that I am using it. I have used the same method to apply the thick padding to the inside of a sandal strap that was rubbing my toe, because I want to be able to remove it without the adhesive residue staying on the sandal.

This is the same material that the little metatarsal pads my podiatrist hands out. This time it's a bruised or broken sesamoid and I ain't going in (Don't want to get the 'rona). So, after consulting with Dr. Google and watching a podiatrist's video about making your own foot pads out of this stuff, I ordered this. Well packaged. Came 5 days before they said it would. It's the correct material.I traced both feet, cut out the shapes. One is the OK foot(I don't want to be lopsided, so both feet get the padding) The other is the foot with the injury. I cut a hole where the injury is so I am not putting pressure on it. I did not use the adhesive backing because it's full shoe insert size and doesn't want to slip around. It is plenty warm, though, and it's a hot day, so when I'm sitting, the shoes are off.The roll is a decent length, which is good, because I keep doing stupid things with my feet, like stomping on a shovel in thin soled shoes, instead of wearing my workboots (kicking myself).Go buy some if your feet hurt. It's good.

This has worked well to build up the arches in my shoes and I also stick it to the bottom of my feet on days I'm not wearing my modified shoes. My arches had went from super high to completely flat within just a couple of months. I spend a lot of time out of my "good" shoes in the house or out gardening which left my feet unsupported much of the time. Being able to apply the pads directly to my feet has allowed me to wear my crappy garden shoes without giving up the support my feet need. I combine this 1/4" product with 1/8" foam to make a pad that varies in depth where I need more or less than 1/4" of support. Adhesive is strong and stays put in shoes for an extended period (haven't had to replace any yet). It lasts all day attached to my foot unless my feet get soaked too many times in the garden. Adhesive does leave residue on skin that easily washes off with a little baby oil or alcohol (or whatever I have handy). The minute it takes to clean off is well worth the reduction in pain I get all day. The pads still seem sticky enough for another day's use, but I've never had them stay in place well to get another day of use out of them.
