PLEASE READ THIS UPDATE:Immediately following my review below, I received a message from the manufacturer that they are sending a full refund, no questions asked and that they were very sorry about my experience with their product. This was over 6 months after purchase and I never reached out to their customer service for a resolution! As a result, I’ve given them 5 stars, and would give them 6 if able. It is so refreshing to see a company that stands behind their product, not because they are asked to, but because it’s the right thing to do.———————Out of the box, the pressure adjustment knob would not turn.Check for this condition if buying this product.

Na endlich finde ich einen Luftregler mit Glas und nicht mit Plastik. Plastik kriegt man nicht gereinigt und Glas schon!

I used the AEROPRO TOOLS Air Regulator on my HVLP gun which generally runs between 30 and 50 PSI when I spray lacquer. The Aeropro worked fine. I could control the PSI accurately enough. However, I had some trouble fitting an NPT screw side plug into the valve . The nut on the Aeropro would not tighten down as if there was an interference keeping the nut from cinching down and the nut would easily spin when I tightened as much as I could. I tried 3 different NPT adapters and on the 3rd I was just able to tighten the nut enough to prevent the joint from turning. When comparing the internal interface to another regulator connector (see the 2nd picture), the Aerpro is much flatter and straighter side than the other regulator shown on the right in the picture. The working regulator is much more round and never causes a problem tightening the nut to prevent leaks. Once you get it to work you would rarely ever have to change the connector but all in all, I don't want the hassle and would suggest going with a different regulator.
