The Aeromat Yoga Ball Chair for Office (green) was extremely easy to put together, but blowing it up was a bit of a pain. Found out that it's not supposed to be blown up all the way. There's no upper back support or reclining because it's designed to be core support. The height is adjustable like a typical office chair. This chair was a replacement for the standard desk chair that was causing my hubby back and hip issues. His back pain is gone, still working on strengthening his core, so (hopefully) his hips will feel better soon. The chair has worked better and faster than expected. It's not much to look at, but who cares when the benefits are so good.

Simple setup, pain relieving, comfortable:Given the uniqueness of this product, I was a little concerned that the setup would be complicated, but I found that it's actually quicker than setting up a normal office chair. The unit does not come with an air pump but does include a nozzle, so if you have a pump lying around you can inflate the ball in a minute or two with relatively little effort. Once set up, the chair is surprisingly comfortable while working to strengthen your core and prevent back issues. I switch back and forth between this chair and my normal office chair throughout the day and found it's more comfortable than my standing desk but helps prevent lower back pain that can come on after a few hours of sitting in a normal chair.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

I was advised to use yoga ball after I injured my tail bone. I have been using ball with inflatable plastic ring to hold it in place and it helps with pain. This yoga ball chair is an advanced version which combines chair and yoga ball to give better back support and casters to move It around easily.The ball sits on a plastic frame that has adjustable height. The frame supports the ball well but does not look very sturdy so I am not sure how long it would last. The height of the chair can be adjusted which is good. I found that inflating the ball a little less makes sitting on it more comfortable. If the ball is inflated fully then it gets too bouncy. The backrest is very tiny and comes up to the low back only so it does not support the back and spine and gets uncomfortable while sitting for longer hours. Also the low back support defeats the purpose of this being a chair. Another point to note is this set does not come with pump to inflate the ball and blowing it with given straw is too time taking and exhausting. I already had a pump so that made it easier to set this up. This design definitely needs some improvements to make it really useful for the purpose it's intended for.

The ball chair is easy to assemble. There are no screws involved; the different plastic pieces can be pushed together. The locking mechanism between the different pieces is smart, as they are connected tightly once pushed together correctly. The instructions are easy to understand. It took me about 10 minutes to put the hard pieces together and another 5 minutes to inflate the ball. I am sitting on the ball chair now. It does make me sit upright, which helps me maintain the right posture when sitting at the desk. The back holds against the pelvis, and I feel my lower back muscles are relaxed. The height is adjustable as the regular office chair. I like the chair.

Ordered this for my wife, shipped fine from Amazon. The directions are a joke, only pictures to show you what to do. The ball the send doesn't have a plug in it, they " provide one you need to insert" problem is the plug is to large for the ball, so if you are ok with possibly damaging the ball before using it to try and insert the plug them go for it. They also provide a "straw" if you want to try and inflate, however the straw is a solid piece of plastic without an actual hole in it.
