If you have problems with your limbs the company does not provide you with a pump worth the effort of using. I have fibromyalgia and this wasn’t worth investing in on the other hand, if it would have been half way inflated that would have been worth the efforts and investing.

This comes packed well in a tiny box with instructions included. I appreciated the foot pump that was thrown in (not of high quality), but it is not designed for quick results! I was exhausted after airing this ball up. It took a while and was quite the work out...lol. Still, it got the job done.Once inflated, the ball is sturdy and holds my weight of 120lbs easily. The resistance bands are lightweight, but I definitely felt it during my workout. Of course, I haven't worked out in over a month so I'm out of shape again. I would say that this set is probably best for beginners or for those who prefer a lighter workout.Unfortunately, I can't use this as a chair because it sits me too low at my desk. This would work great if you have an adjustable or lower desk.

I just returned to office work, and I am not used to sitting in a chair all day. I use an exercise ball at home for my primary chair, and j just roll it from room to room. I found this chair just as good as my higher-end exercise ball. The pump was surprisingly easy, and I store it in my desk drawer cor when I will need to top off every now and then. The pump was a nice unexpected addition, so I didn't need to inflate it at home and try to drive a big inflated ball around. Here is another bonus that I didn't expect. The inflatable "donut" shaped base has a duel benefit. First, it keeps the ball from rolling around the office when I stand up. Next, it adds a bit of resistance to rolling while I am sitting at my desk, so I can gently doll in to it while working, helping to make the exercise while sitting a bit more interesting. The kit also came with an arm exercising band, but ill use that for travel.

I already own a cheap yoga ball but didn't have a good pump to fill it so I thought this would be a great replacement as it is so much more than a just a yoga ball. Well the ball in this set is not bad. Better than my previous one. The stability base I think is the best feature in the set. I feel more secure sitting on the ball with the ring keeping it in place. The resistance bands have no adjustments whatsoever so kinda a waste of time using them at all. The pump which I was really looking forward to is a cheap piece of junk. The plastic is so thin I was surprised it even filled the ball and ring without breaking. I don't see it lasting very long. The only instructions included in the set are the few words printed on the plastic packing band that was around the pump (see attached picture). It would be nice to have better instructions or even a few exercises. Don't waste your money on this one.

The ball was fairly easy to get blown up right out of the package, which is good because it came with no instructions about which plug to use or how much to inflate it. I initially filled it up until it felt firm, and after a few minutes of use it seemed to have leaked a bit and I was sitting further down than I was before. I filled it up again and kept going until it was too difficult to press the pump down with my hands. It seems like it has stayed inflated better this time and I'm happy with what I've been able to use it for, but I would be nervous about a larger person sitting on it. For reference, I'm 5'3" and at full inflation my knees are just over a 90 degree angle. It would not work as a chair unless you had a desk that could be lowered. The ring around the bottom only wants to stay half inflated, which is still enough to keep the ball from rolling away. I think that the ring is too small to allow enough movement on the ball, so I'm just using it as a "corral" when I'm not on the ball. The resistance bands arrived creased and not trustworthy, so I haven't actually tried them out of fear of something breaking and getting slapped in the face.

This yoga ball is great! Everything inflates very easily but the ring doesn't fit the ball perfectly and allows for some movement which I assume is to allow for the resistance bands to exercise. However, there are real ball chairs that have a seat and back like a normal chair but the seat is the ball. Despite that it's not really a chair and just a yoga ball, the ball is big enough to sit at a desk with which was exactly what we were hoping for and does work as a desk chair. Without the back, it does encourage you to not slouch and keep your balance up which is what these are meant to do.The pictures say that it includes 2 spare plugs but we only received 1. It doesn't matter but worth mentioning. The 1 spare plug we have actually causes the ball to leak when we tried it, so it's not much of a spare plug. Also I think it is worth mentioning that depending on how tall you are you may or may not be able to use the resistance bands while sitting on the ball because they are so long.
