Usually you get what you pay for. I purchased two AEM brand pieces of pipe expecting high quality metal that will weld nice. And I did get that. But the fact that it isn’t polished seems unacceptable to me. Every other cheap eBay pipe is polished as well as more spendy ones. Even the product photo shows it as polished. Now I’ll be painting all of my under hood piping so I don’t have to look at this finish.

not a perfect tube but if your looking for a down pipe it will works. Not for my application because its not a perfect round cylinder.

Thought it was going to be heavy but the weight itself is amazing! if you're going to cut it into pieces make sure you use a saw and not a disc cutter. the texture and everything looks nice and worked great under my hood! was perfect use for my CAI.
