It leaked water all over the counter top as soon as it tried to fill the reservoir to make ice. Not impressed not happy. Sending it back to get a GE like I should have done in the first place.

There are two drain houses on the back and according to the manufacturer rep who I called at the one 800 number only one of them serves a purpose that makes no sense to me the directions. Do not clarify that only one of the drain houses from the back has a function. The other one is just for looks. This is not a good beginning for this machine for me

This is day one mind you! But after allowing the 24hr upright instruction I plugged it in and filled with water. Unit started making ice in about 5 minutes and didn’t stop until it hit the ice bin full electronic eye! Unit is very quiet and ice is great and considering the size of ice it doesn’t seem to melt all that fast? Maybe ok for mixed drinks, margaritas definitely.

I bought this nugget ice maker for home use, and it’s been a great addition. It produces chewable ice quickly, with the first batch ready in about 5 minutes.
