This is the same type of water soluble cutting fluid I keep seeing on the build videos I watch on you tube. It seems to work well.

Not an expert on coolant but this stuff seems to work fine for cooling drill bits when drilling metal.

I have used a couple different cutting lubes and they all work better and save your tool from total meltdown and inevitable regret, sadness, some wonder then... Oh wait sorry I'm thinking out loud, back to it being better using a cutting agent than toasting your expensive tools. Now not all agents are created equal, I have recently found this out. This has been probably the best and most consistent lube I have used it dosent smell like it will end you and all around and my tools look much better after using them with this stuff than the others I used( and disposed of already) this cutting lube just plain gets it done and it's on the more environmentally friendly side of the earth people's naughty list, so that's a good thing right? I think so and I like to please everyone I can and hey I'm left pleased also so heck why are you still reading this go get some and join the pleasing party there will be plenty of environmentally friendly lube for all... Drifting again, I completely and pleasingly recommended this cutting agent it checks boxes that others just can't and probably didn't even know were boxes they could check. Winning

I am using this on my band saw. it iew working well. I will probably try it on my cold cut saw when i need to change out that fluid.The only real complaint I have so far is that there are no mix instructions on the package. There are some in the photos on the amazon site. I also found some information on the companies site but it was not terribly easy to get to. Pretty standard 5 to 10 percent mix but that information should be on the container.

This coolant seems to be pretty good for your all-around general purpose machine work. I have a Bridgeport manual mill and a mid-sized engine lathe and it seems to keep the tooling cool and sharp and I love that the smoke produced by regular oils (WD-40, 3-in-1, etc.) is non-existent in this coolant. Surface finish comes out very nice without the chatter and burning of other coolants. I recommend you give this a try in your shop!
