Product Description

  • The GQ EMF-390 advanced multi-function digital EMF ELF meter is designed and developed by GQ Electronics, USA. The customers include individuals, organizations and the governments(Eg. US Department of State) . It is a portable and convenient device. It can be used in the general-purpose test, detection, and other scientific applications. Such as Power Line, WiFi, Cell phone, 2G/3G/4G/5G Cell tower(low-medium band), Microwave, Smart Meter, etc. The device integrated features include three-axis Electromagnetic Fields, Electric Field, Radio Frequency(up to 10Ghz), and a bonus feature RF Spectrum Power Analyzer(five bands up to 2.504Ghz).
  • The meter is able to identify/recognize the common source from EMF/RF measured, such as Power Line, WiFi/Cell phone, Cell tower, Microwave, etc. It also comes with a built-in audible and visual alarm. It can be used for EMF, ELF, EF, RF detection and monitoring both indoor and outdoor, as well as in other similar environments.
  • The EMF-390 has built-in flash memory for data logging, it can log the real-time data every second with a timestamp. The history data can be downloaded when the device linked to a PC. The free PC software can be downloaded from the manufacture website.
  • The unique GQ RF Browser feature visualizes the RF radiation precisely on the screen. With RF Browser, the user is able to see high-speed RF signals, such as Smart meter, cell phone transmission, estimates Digital RF transmission data in bytes, and RF power spectral histogram. The EMF-390 RF Browser is THE ultra-fast response RF detector. It can detect 5G signal as fast as 250nS (nanosecond) digital RF pulses. No worry about missing any RF pulses. All other same level meters in the market can only detect partial RF pulses and will always give false low RF readings.
  • The meter has installed multiple sensors to ensure maximum scale/range measurement and highest accuracy.
  • With open communication protocol, the user is able to send commands to the unit to get all data remotely. This allows the device to be easily integrated into any other system,
  • The device is equipped with a USB port, utilized for communication, and external power supply/charging of internal rechargeable 3.7V battery.
  • GQ EMF meter is all you need to detect EMF, ELF, EF and RF radiation

Enriched features support enriched applications

EMF graph

Real-Time EMF EF Graph

  • Presents exact changes of EMF and EF radiation level been detected in past 45 seconds.
  • The right side of the graph shows a reading for both EMF and EF.

RF Browser

RF Browser

  • GQ RF Browser is a unique feature of GQ EMF detector. The real-time graph is based on high sensitivity sensors.
  • This graph shows a close by cell phone that just received a text message.

RF Power Distribution

Real-Time Power Distribution Graph

  • RF power distribution is another important factor to let us understand how the RF radiation power distributed during the period.
  • This graph shows the highest RF power is 6.47% of total at 0.049 milliWatts per square meter during the testing period.

2.4Ghz RF Spectrum Analyzer

RF 2.4-2.504Ghz Spectrum Analyzer

  • Advanced users are able to use the built-in RF Spectrum Analyzer to discover the RF signal power in a specific frequency.
  • This graph shows two RF signal that has been detected at same time: Microwave oven and WiFi signal.
All-in-one EMF-390

Unlimited Applications

  • Detecting EMF, ELF, EF, RF from all electronics devices but not limited to.
  • EMF-390 can do more than what you see here. It is not only a tool, but also a teacher. User will learn and discover invisible world from it.

Meter is very sensitive and lets you know the Likely type of signal your receiving . Cell phone or router. Lots of versatility in ways to see data. Well made and easy to use. Nice instruction booklet. I would recommend this product.

This meter packs a lot of information into a small, hand-held device. EF (electric field) and EMF (electromagnetic field) at 300Hz-100kHz and RF (radio frequency: 100kHz-300GHz) frequencies are detected. All three values are shown at the same time with their appropriate units. The display can be modified, and values shown graphically instead of digitally. A spectrum analyzer display shows the detected RF frequencies in real time. A User Menu is used to set initial values and options. The device retains and shows the current date and time. There is a speaker and a way to set audible alarm settings. A USB-A cable is included to connect to your PC with downloadable software. This cable also serves to recharge the included battery via USB. Four front panel buttons are used to navigate the features. A nice instruction booklet is provided along with a small card showing safe and dangerous levels of radiation. I'm just beginning to investigate what all this device can tell me about my surroundings.

I haven't spent much time with this meter because the directions are very sketchy..with time I hope the internet will give more info on how to read it and to simply use it.

A little complicated to understand, but easy to use. Keep the reference material. We found a higher than ideal energy frequency at our bed's headboard, that when we touch it, our energy is affected and yet the headboard is simply wood, leather and batting - no metal!

I looked at several EMF meters on Amazon. The most recommended was close to $200 which seemed high. This one is a reasonable price and works WELL and EASY! I'm a novice but wanted to check the usual suspects: computer, phone, microwave, router. I was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly easy it is to use. It gives you three ratings and can record the ratings, if you choose. Our microwave was very high in everything; digital clock on nightstand in bedroom also high (and gone), router not bad based on where it's located and so forth. The phones were lower than expected. I highly recommend for someone who just wants a clear assessment of EMF/RF/EF rates in their home. Now I can accurately assess further steps.

Not suitable for what I wanted it for. . got no reading at all from 5G masts . . however, wi-fi seemed to work OK. . .it's possible that the unit was defective. . but I had no way of knowing. Pity, as the Meter is well made and easy to use. . so gave it 5 stars for that!

Love the concept. Lots of useful information and seems to work around phones and microwaves - it definitely has a reading for each.

Like the product, handy to have! To read the EMFs, EF, RF around the house re Radiation, etc, especially, from Smart Meters.

The unit I received appears to be taking fairly accurate readings for RF, EF, and EMF, and shows changes as I move to and from sources that accord with the patterns one should observe theoretically. This is all to say that, for a consumer grade EMF meter, I feel like I got my money's worth for assessing and troubleshooting healthy exposures in different parts of the house. In particular, I was able to confirm that our relative RF exposure in bed to a WiFi router right below our bedroom is well within reasonable exposure recommendations (but most definitely not right next to the router). It has more functionality than I can use and is highly configurable. And for those science geeks out there who want to plot and monitor and analyze emissions more ambitiously, the unit comes with instructions for downloading software to do so (as well as a handy reference card). Great value for the money and happy I bought this over a more expensive but aesthetically more pleasing competitor. Also, it came with a 100% battery charge and I still have nearly a full charge after multiple tests.
