Installed this ballast as per diagram, installed new f14 t-5 lamps and upon turning on the switch it lights up for a half a second and shuts back off. Tested the ballast and the voltage does not match the label. I’m skeptical about trying another one but i will. I’ve been in the electrical industry since 97, and installed hundreds of ballast so i know occasionally they have bad ballast straight from the factory.

Ordered 2 - 1 did not work - cost valuable time and money to determine that ballast was bad.

these ballast are hard to find. The fixtures in my office use this type of ballast and I had to change several in the past few months. This ballast works well and its a direct fit with no need for modifications. So far so good

Can’t find these in stores anymore, and I’m not ready to replace my fixtures. So glad to find it and it’s perfect and so easy to install!

I’m sure this product will work fine, but I ordered 2 and this is how it showed up. The other one is probably still in the back of the delivery van somewhere. Also ordered the first time and delivered the next day. When they resent the missing one it will now take 4 days.
