I just installed three of these ballasts in a garage. I was concerned about reports of EMI, so I tested with an AM radio. There was no difference in the (background) AM static with the lights on or off.

Exact size needed but it looked like it was a returned item. I installed it and sometimes the lights come on and sometimes they don’t and sometimes when they come on they will just turn off. May need to replace with a better one.

These didn’t work for me. Bought two. They have a two second delay when garage is cold, but won’t light up at all when garage is warm (50 degrees or above). Replaced tubes in both fixtures and still no luck. They are just too weak to fire my T12 96 inch HO bulbs. Wasted my money by buying two. These ballast were slightly smaller and appeared less robust than the old ballasts I replaced. Guess I’ll be converting to LED’s.

I switched out my old Keystone KTEB-2110-1-TP-PIC ballast for this ballast and noticed that it now takes 2 seconds to fire the lights compared to the old keystone ballast which fired immediately upon throwing the switch. I'm not sure if my startup delay is due to the old ballast being 120v only where the new ballast is 120 & 230v compatible but it's worth noting this behavior for others to know ahead of the purchase.The new ballast also introduced noise where the radio in my garage near the ceiling has interference on several radio stations which the old ballast never had happen before. The interference is only noticed when the bulbs are lit, if it is in the 2 second waiting period you have no interference.Overall the ballast does work great and actually seemed to have very slightly increased the light output of my bulbs on the single fixture that I replaced the ballast on. The slower startup time I hope does not get slower in cold climates but time will tell.

This ballast had a wiring diagram printed right on its label which exactly matched the diagram on the old ballast... this made for a simple easy installation by just matching up the color coded wires...BINGO... BETTER THAN NEW!!!!!!!!!
